  . . . . . If you haven't, please log out of the forums and log back in, then check to see if the area is available in your Control Panel. You may also want to try clearing your cookies and cache. You do have the Guardian Pack's perks available in game, yes?

  I tried all the above already several time. And of course I have the guardian pack's perk available in game ....

  Update: You should be resolved now. Please log out and back in and you should now see Permission Groups in your Control Panel. Please respond if you still have issues with setting your title! Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused!

  Working now thanks a lot. May I ask why the tab ''group permission'' wasn't showing up before now ?

  . . . . . Most welcome! It's a known forum bug that happens sporadically. Sometimes the forum doesn't get the account flag updates which is what kicks in Permission Groups. The web team has been actively investigating this and currently the only fix is a manual fix which involves several steps to verify account status and the manual fix. Most of the time, a log out and log in will fix it. On other occasions, like for you, a manual verification and fix is in order.
