Cannot log in...

I put in my name... password... it checks for patches... I see the Cryptic splash... and then it crashes. A box comes up for me to type when the game crashed but disappears before I have a chance to type anything. Then it wants to check and make sure all the files are ok... Check... all ok... load up...crash...

    I am getting the same thing. The game crashes after I hit the play button.

    Sadly ive got the same problem.
    Starting Launcher, starting game, game Crash, disappearing bug report. On new launcher start i can verify the game files, but then it crashes again.

    same problem it verify and quit aswell without saying anything.. maybe fix this game or put it back to beta ?

    +1 to this.

    Have completed the file check routine with no issues found.

    Everytime I get the Cryptic splash screen the game crashes, I get an "error collection" routine which completes.

    Honestly there are games I'm currently playing that are still in beta but you can at least log on to play them. This is the first I've seen a game not allow people to play ever before...

    What is really odd is that they did shard maintenance earlier today but I never got any update when I logged on. That might be why its crashing but honestly if its something simple I hope they don't make us wait all day for them to fix it...

    same issue here. I noticed that there was no Patch Note posted for this mornings maint. Did the shard maint. run this morning?

    got it started when loading hit cancel direct then hit patch.. and the game started

    same issue here as well - logged in 4 hours ago without issue

    Also you can't report it via the pop up window from the crash - it does not give a ticket ID, says unknown and then the windows closes.

    having this issue as well. I did not get any patching since the maintenance this morning also
