They supposedly fixed something about teleporters in the feywild release -- it might have only been using degrees instead of radians for rotation -- and I believe you also cannot tilt them up/down from horizontal entry/exit. They still seem to be about 40'-50' offset on the height (Y) axis.

I only run into the rotation issue during inside dungeons, outside dungeons on the other hand is like rolling the dice for me. Sometimes it works; sometimes I lose both ends by moving one. If I get one to work outside, I count my blessings and don’t touch it.

Is this problem still exist? I just tried to create a map with bunch of teleporters in it, and despite all my efforts, none of the teleporters shows in 3d.

Additionally, the path the player walks is in the air along with the teleporters, checked the Y coordinates multiple times, adjusted it to zero altitude, geometry... still nothing.

Yeah, the problem still exists. Based on what I've figured out, the teleporters are spawning several feet *below* it's intended location (even if you set it to Zero relative to the ground). I found out when I play tested it in the Foundry then hit "Edit".... once I moved the teleporter object to surface level, I hit the "Edit" checkbox again... it reset but now it deposited me below the map (outside the map area, like I fell through the floor)!

I walked around and lo and behold... there was my teleporter (I can interact with it) in the same place.
So I'm guessing this still hasn't been fixed. Guess I'm scrapping my teleporter for now.:(

PS: Anyone else have issues with Publishing? I made major changes to my Foundry quest, saved, then hit publish. Logged into the game and noticed that my old version is still showing up when I do a search.

I am having major issues with my teleporters. When I use 3D edit, they are all in the correct place, as well on the 2D overhead settings. However, every time I play the map, no matter how or where I set the teleports, they are WAY off location. Some cannot even be found... under the map, 30 feet above the map, in the wrong spot.

Everyone else still having this issue? Even if I try to set the teleporter based on the difference between where they spawn and where they are set, they do not move or they place somewhere completely different!

    Any news on a fix?

This is a current map I have been working on, and is the map set in the air.

I tend to have better luck placing a backpack exactly where I want the teleporters in 3D view, then in 2D view I place the teleporters at the Backpack locations for each end. It works ok for inside maps, Outdoor ones it's hit or miss unfortunately, especially for areas that are in the air unfortunately.

I made a ramp for the time being for play testing until they fix it

Ah, you mean that you switch the backpack from that item to the teleporter? Creative....

I am not only outside, but also on that air map, so it has a chance to go up, down and side to side, did that work for you outside, or just inside?

for indoor maps it works great, for outdoor maps it's hit or miss. Sometimes it's way off, sometimes it's in the ball park especially if it's on a cliff I made or something high in the air that flys. I have had luck going 10 - 15 feet off the ground with the direction a little wonky, but going to the top of a light house I've dropped my test guy right off the edge.

But once it's set and works, I dont touch it... Ive moved an entire structor just to match one side
