Temple of the Spider and Gate Crashers dailies not working

First I completed Gate Crashers three times for my daily quest from Rhix. The counter says 3/3 but I can't turn the quest in for astral diamonds. I've seen this problem reported as far back as the beta, so I can only assume that it's not getting fixed.

Yesterday I completed the Temple of the Spider dungeon for my daily to similar result. I completed the dungeon, but didn't get credit for it and didn't receive my diamonds.

I sent a ticket to customer support, which gave me a canned response suggesting I file a bug report (I did in the case of the former) and seek help on the forums. Unless there's a "dispense diamonds" button somewhere that someone on the forums can point me out to, obviously there is no help for me here.

I do want to know, however, when I'm getting the 6000 astral diamonds that I earned. I figured this would be the domain of support, but apparently you can only expect help from them if you're being harassed in-game or stuck in the terrain somewhere (this was in their message, not just some assumption I'm making). So far I'm not really impressed by the situation, especially since I've already spent $15 with the assumption that I could earn the other 2000 Zen for a mount, and now I've been given no indication that I'll even get the diamonds if and when the problems are fixed.

    You outlevelled the old one and have a new one for your level. Run the new on and you can get AD for that.

    It is possible to turn in outlevelled dailies though, as I've done so with dungeons, foundries and PvP, sometimes turning them in weeks after picking them up. (Foundry and PvP, you can turn in a "complete one" and whatever you just did will still be counted towards "complete two", even.)

    I don't know why the skirmishes are weird about it, and if a fix is in the works, I suggest not deleting the quest from your journal. It's not hurting anything and you can wait until whenever you do get the option to turn in. Even if you don't have sufficient plays of a skirmish, keep the quest as you should be able to fulfill it during a future Call to Arms event.

    I've not outlevelled the Temple of the Spider, either.

    Oh yeah my bad, I think I used to have problems with dailies for dungeons but I just deleted them.

    Well, now the quests have reset, so I'm sure even if the bugs are taken care of I won't get my diamonds. Support hasn't gotten back to me, either.

    Edit: Though they did re-change my ticket status to "solved" which is pretty far from the truth, I would say.

    I'm having the exact same problem. Yesterday I finished the dungeon three times, not once getting credited. So I dropped the quest, figuring I'd give it another go tomorrow. But no, I did not get any credit today either and quiet frankly I'm sick and tired of this. I put in 12000 Astral Diamonds of effort and recieved nothing.
