Sharandar - need option to spend Gold Crescents on

One need 370 sparks to unlock all gates and keys, plus 630 sparks to unlock all boons.
You can get 17 sparks a day(full daily+weekly avarage) while you get at least 13 Gold Crescents along with it and spend only 310 of those to unlock boons and gates...

In the 59 days it takes to unlock all Sharandar, you get at least pointless 457 Glod Crescents!
(without any use for them, and if you use relics you get even more)

I ask what do with them?
Epic store items? Nope. Nobody neeed them after being two months level 60, you probably have already much better.
Skin items? You need only one! And are blue, cant be salvaged.
Dark Fey Key? Why? If you needed enchantments shards, you already have them, epic items drops is too low to farm for salvage and prices of pet are droping, not mentioning it got like drop 1% chance!
Assist Artisans task? Cost more AD then you can salvage it for, bound and bad items, already got better in 60 days!

Fix?
Remove AD cost of "Assist Artisans" task, allowing the Crescents -> AD trade.

    There are supposed to be potions you can spend them on, but this is currently bugged.

    Oh great, is this what I have to look forward too? I only have 24 gold crescent and I've been in Sharandar for a few days.........59 days to achieve what you have.......****.
    so how did you learn how to play the Fury of Feywild.......i'm just winging it.

    I've also had way too many Fomorian Concoctions which weren't worth much.

    Eventually traded FC for Unicorn Seals, which then traded for purple rings which I salvaged. A lot of work for 3-4K AD per ring.

    Maybe they won't, but as it is now, Assist Artisan is pointless. They need to do something with it that justifies the 10K AD.

    Worth a try :D Maybe one day they will listen to reasonable feedback (which I think mine was, since there is no use for this currency, at this point it could be removed with no gameplay loss)

    You can pay real world money and complete it in 5 days if you wish... 59 days is rather long but the post wasnt about the length.

    No you can't. Takes approx 24 days to complete if buying sparks.

    You can use crescents to buy potions of fey healing and heroism, as long as you do not turn in the key quest for the third area. Not very helpful for ppl who already have but for those still working their way through it it should help.

    They need to fix the problem with the potions not being purchasable. This should be a high priority, imo.

    Also, it would help to have a new sink for crescents; perhaps something like once a day one could trade in some reasonable number of Gold Crescents for a Seal of the Dark Fey, or such. Or perhaps three seedlings, three charms, three blades and some number of crescents for a seal. Frankly, they all need decent sinks for the long term.

    Would like them to fix the issue with the potions not being available. Already used Fomorian concoctions to buy potions of Red Cap Slaying which then were sold at the Auction House. Would like to be able to be able to buy potion of heroism and fey healing potion. Would make it easier to get more AD and continue the game. Am working on fourth boon. Not in a hurry. What is the rush. They are not taking down the Fey area in the near future.
