Could someone answer me please ?

Will I'm Great weapon fighter and I'm using Avatar of War Set
So I Use Feat skill : Disciple of War : which mean 25% of my Recovery Give as Armor Penetration bonus ,
and when i active 3 Onslaught from Gear bonus 4 ,It should give me bonus 1350 Recovery But i notice that increase in Recovery don't give the 25% bonus Armor Penetration at all

So Armor Penetration Constant in both stats while i suppose to get more Armor Penetration from Disciple of war feat skill when my Recovery increase,Right ??

    recovery and defense from ioun stones are also not counted in the feat bonuses, hope they fix it

    u get the armor penetration bonus it just doesnt display in character sheet

    Grand Regent set

    +14 AC
    +2608 Defense
    +574 Recovery
    +1271 Deflection
    +574 Regeneration

    Set 2: Equip:+ 450 Defense
    Set 4: You increase your Power by 20% of your Defense.

    The 20 % power from def don't buffed from reckless attacker.

    So if you got some set bonus from GR (1200 power ) r.a give's 2400 insted of 1200 but not working too .
    I don'T know if this is a bug or not.

    A dev post a while back said that its intended in that only stats from gear is modified by those specials.
    Ioun stone and temporary stats are considered buff rather than gear and are not modified.

    Grand Regent set-Set bonus is not temporary you not gain the set bonus from encounter or at-will Set 4: You increase your Power by 20% of your Defense.

    4pc set bonuses have always been considered buffs (unlike 2pc set bonus that only grant passive stats). Thus, they are not directly affected by feats that buff stats.

    Just think for two seconds about why that is. Imagine, for example, the previous GF Stalwarts set that granted 7,500+ Power was buffed by Reckless Attacker, i.e. DOUBLED to 15,000+ Power...

    The current system gives the devs the ability to provide any set bonus they like, because it would be an independent bonus, without having to worry about it being "broken" by some combination of build feats.

    There are many things in this game no one understand why the devs design them like that or break often or leave unfixed for months or we later discover the devs consider it totally unexpectedly "unintended", but this is certainly not one of them!

    Stalwarts set apply buff was sow in buff icon bar.
    Grand Regent set-Set bonus passiv no buff icon no tooltip it look like GWF Steely Defense(passiv feat).
