Fey Blessing Enchantment

I went ahead and tried one of these out.

I was battling the minions around the fireblossoms because they do not have normal drops. I was probably seeing around 1% drop rate of level 4 enchantments. Even killing the Dragonshields and Skyblades (sp?) they were of the same level. There was no animation or change in the drop to "tell" it was from the 1% but it must have been because they do not drop enchantments from what I have seen.

Has anyone seen anything higher/lower than level 4?

Well, in epic dungeons, the highest I've seen enemies drop is R4's, so I'd wager that the tier of the reward is tied to the level of the enemy. You could go around a low level zone like Blacklake and kill much lower enemies, to see if it's tied to their level or yours...

Blacklake would probably be a good test zone because enchantments don't drop there either.

The question is how high these are stackable. If a lesser is 1%, how much is a normal, 1,5%, 2%? That would make a perfect somewhere between 2,5 and 4%. With 3 or 4 utility slots, it could get quite insane. So there is also a question of if there is an internal cooldown perhaps too. It's a very interesting enchant but really requires lot's of further testing.

It's a 1% increase per level and they do stack. So you can get 12% MAX which is amazing.

I guess it's too late now, but they should cap it - I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm intrigued by the idea of some Feywild Blessings = enchants to sell/AD, but it's useless if all that happens is the enchant market is ruined by bots.

They reduce it from 2-8% to 1-4%. So it's still reduced or caped like you mention. And if you say bots can farm, hey why not nodes, crafting and bounty items reduced? The bots can farm them very well!

Sometimes I really need to thank the bots. They make enchantments much more affordable.

Yes, the drop rate has been drastically reduced. I have noticed that too.

Maybe they did for the Event (drop rates that is). I don't use the fey enchants, but I've been having some fairly decent luck with rank 4 enchants dropping rather frequently. It's the main thing that is keeping me going in participating with this event, really. IMO the only things worth fighting for in this are the 256K rad and the rare profession resources.
    contents to be decided

there's an internal cooldown on these from my testings, roughly 20-25 seconds between packs of mobs that I kill before I get another enchant.

My GF has 12% on it (4x 3%, no perfect version of the enchant) and if you don't mind grinding then you can farm one R7 per hour (64 R4s). It's a huge upgrade and brought the first R9s to my chars. Love it!

Clerics can even go 15% bc they have weapons with an utility slot btw.

I was trying to figure out where you got your 4th slot as a GF. Head/Arms/Feet are only ones I know of. Though I think I saw a neck or something with one before.

edit: I found it, Amulet of Mourning and Amulet of Sorrows. Excellent.

there is a neck with a utility slot. Getting greaters is an investment but it definitely pays off quickly =)

I can confirm players in dominion drop rank 4 enchants , gg too , last dominion got 2 enchants from 8 kills with 2x lesser fey blessings , so the rate isn't reduced either , prolly just a run of bad luck .

So here is a question. Do the % from each enchant straight stack ie if you have 4 lessers, then you have a 4% chance. Or is it 4 separate 1% chances for each enchant. A minor difference to be sure, but the latter has a slightly lower chance of gaining an enchant (3.94%).

Doubt you'll get the answer to that question here. After all, who would tell you that know? The devs? People who have <omitted> with risk of getting banned? Nope, if you want to know that A. Extensive testing with 4(or 5) Perfect for 4% each, or <omitted>.

My Vicious Dire Wolf has 2 neck slots. Which means it could fit 2 Amulets of Mourning.

Does the Fey Blessing % take into account the enchants worn by pets?
