Help!

My character has disappeared from the game after 1 month of inactivity. I checked support and http://prntscr.com/1r6s6x if this was real , my character should still be in the guild but when i logged into my brother's account(immediately so the region thing is incorrect too) my character has disappeared from the guild.http://prntscr.com/1r6q6g This is what i got after logging into the game. Any help?

. . . . . You will need to contact Support. Just ensure you're logging into the correct account. That particular article most likely refers to another game, which is why it talks about region selection in game.
