1! If there is somewhere to purchase scrolls in this game I have yet to find it...teleport scrolls and Identification scrolls are definitely needed for purchase.
2! Can only have a single companion summoned at a time...for solo play this is annoying when it would be nice to have more backup than just a single companion. Yes you can always try and find a group...but that take time and is often a futile exercise.
3! Whats up with the potions cooldown in encounters? 12 seconds is far too long!
4! Services such as the guild bank for 150,000AD are far too inflated IMO, and why is there no bank for players? If there is one I have yet to discover it! It is annoying to have a bag full of unidentified items and nowhere to store them until they can be identified. You end up having to sell at a substantial loss or just toss them, which is not much of a difference...as in point #1, need a way to identify items either by scroll purchase or an NPC that will do it.
5! It is annoying to have to go back to Protector's Enclave to mail items...why is there no courier service in the outlying maps?
thats all I can think of at the moment...i'm sure there will be more!

Using AD at the Wondrous Bazaar. Vendor in PE or at the bar on the top of the screen.

Run with friends if you want. Solo instances are generally balanced for a PC and companion.

Player bank is right next to the guild banker on either side. The tellers are in the window.
For #1 and 4, it helps to explore the game world some, the map is very handy when you are looking for things. Also talk to every NPC you can along the way.
Edit: Don't mean to sound snarky, just trying to encourage some self discovery.

1. The wondrous bazaar allows you to buy ID scrolls and PE teleport scrolls. IIRC, lesser ID scrolls cost 25 ADs, regular ones cost 45, and greater cost 145.
2. The game is balanced around 1 player and 1 companion in solo instances. If you are unable to solo with that, then adjust your strategy or companion choice.
3. The potion cooldown is there to encourage better positioning, as well as giving value to potions that heal for a greater amount. If there was no cooldown, you could just stack up cheap potions and down them however fast you needed.
4. The guild bank price is not that high when you consider that a 12-slot bag for 1 character costs a lot more. They should provide a way for guild members to chip in toward the purchase, however. There is a bank for players - it's near the auction house/postal courier.
5. Having to go back to PE is more of a timesink. Players have asked for mailboxes to *at least* be placed near the exit/entrance to every major zone, but to no avail. The devs did add more mailboxes to PE, though.

Thank you all for your help...I DID look around before I posted, apparently there needs to be better information made available as to services...
#1: You are given a mission to visit the Wondrous bazaar at lvl 10; which then explains what they sell.#3 The bank is marked on the map. The rest are pretty much QOL issues or perceptual.
A world to defend
A city to protect
innocents to save
"Why?" They ask "they hate you"
We're heroes it's what we do.

Really?!? I did that on all 6 of my characters and not once did it give any info on my concerns!!! So your comment is irrelevent to my concerns. In the 3 weeks i've played I have not been able to locate the answers to my questions on my own after spending quite a lot of time looking for those things, so your assumption the all is QOL or persceptual are also faulty.

i must agree with you here, it is even more evident when you spend time in Protectors Enclave and see the near constand questions in chat from obvious new player, asking such questions as 'is there a bank in this game', were is this or were is that. most commonb is were do you get PVP gear or were is the PVP vendor, and it is right in the middle of town, but even stood right in front of the building , it as no indications of what is actaully inside, same with the building were the companion vendors are, although now they have some companions outside to give a clue, but there is no solid sign on the building and it still looks no different than the 100's of other buildings in the area you can not enter.
Even the Protectors Enclave map can be pretty vague. yes all the main vendors are clearly marked but all are listed by there names and not what they actualy sell or do, which for a new player means absolutly nothing. So unless you know the perticular vendor's name and what they do the map is no help at all
To be honest most things in the whole game are very badly marked, listed, some are realy misleading too. Most players will find they actualu find more things by totaly accident when not even looking for them in the first place, and still when you find things and some vendors the too tips can be very missleading as to what they do and how they work.
This imo is one major thing this game is missing, it as no help or guide points to visit, not even a guid web site with maps and clear instructions. just a help npc based near Sgt Knoxx would be a god send to many many people.

It's not certain that buying identifying scrolls with your AD to get more gold when selling the item to the NPC is a bargain. From the general chat on your server you can get an idea of how much AD is one Gold. For green items you may be actually gaining more gold by not identifying them.
And if your bag is full you can get two more for free by completing a series of quests in Blacklake district and Neverdeath Graveyard.

For a better way to buy scrolls... hit "I", go to the "Money Tab", and click the "Spend Button" by your dimonds. That will bring up the Wondrous Bazaar window any where in the game.

Out of curiosity, is it not normal for most people when starting a new game to talk to absolutely every NPC you can and run through all their dialogue options, check out the contents of every single store, look inside all the buildings, click every menu option and open every interface, and get into the story once you're comfortably grounded?
Yes, quests do send you to various places around town and explain some of them, but you can learn most of it just by thoroughly exploring the area.
Also, the quest that sends you to the Wondrous Bazaar may not say, "Hey, buy your ID scrolls here!!!", but if you click her menu option that says STORE, they're the first thing you see.

Not a huge fan myself, but it just takes some getting used to. Learning how to play your class effectively makes this much easier.

Would be nice, at least in any instance where there are Neverwinter Guards.
