Ice Ramp in Iceshard Peak, Jotunstead

I tried submitting this Via the In game bug report but it repeatedly failed to connect.

Dragon server:

On the Jotunstead area of Icespire Peak, near one of the stone messages in the "words of stone quest" is a ramp of ice shards (Cords: 1345, 3072). the ramp does not meet the wall and players fall through the gap rendering them stuck should they be without protectors enclave scrolls. (However it's a lovely view of the area from a relatively safe vantage point.)

    Yeah I found it! fortunatly i was on my trickster rogue and can use Deft Strike to get out of it as there are 2 Veteran Trolls that spawn nearby.

    If you fall into terrain anywhere that you can change instance, do that. Instant unstuck with no injuries.

    I found this particular spot on my CW while I was trying to get the achievement for mapping the whole of the Icespire peak map ( which also doesn't work unless I'm missing something but I don't think I am ) , ended up using /killme and tried to submit a ticket but to my surprise the ingame ticket system doesn't seem to work either xD
