"astral resonator bag" dissapearing!

So after opening several of the new lock-boxes and receiving several of the new "planar Idles" I went to go turn them in for the AD. I bought 1 of the bags and 2 separate "resonators" But I after checking my inventory the bag seems to have disappeared . It still took my Idles, all 5 of them T_T

Please fix this issue!

    This is not resolved. It just happened to me, just bought a 5 bag of Astral Resonators, and its not in my Inventory.
    Sent in support ticket ID 1971374.

    Did anyone get their Astral Resonators back? I got these by purchasing Keys and opening FeyWildLockboxes using zen here (real $$$$)... so im a bit pissed off... i really wanted those AD to goto the auction house and get some new stuff.....

    once you used your resonator you need to go and look the portal that opens there you can clain you AD :)
    Everything works out in the end . If it hasn't worked out yet, it isn't the end...

    Why on earth didn't you just sell your Zen?

    silverAlucard: yep that wasnt the issue. Im an idiot though. The 5 resonators went to my active Item Slot, and I didnt even notice. Cancel that bug report ;D

    Beckylunatic: heh cuz i wanted other things you can only get from a lockbox. (actually pulled a Sylvan Stag)

    You can close your ticket through the same help menu where you submitted it. View my tickets, and right click, iirc.
