Foundry Status Update - Back Online!

Update: Foundry editing and publishing are now back up! Thank you very much for your patience as we ironed out the issues.

Please note that reviewing will remain off until Foundry Authors get a chance to republish their quests after making any changes. We'll be turning on reviews shortly after that.

Hey Everyone,

We've been working hard on getting everything with the Foundry totally solidified following the unexpected issues that were introduced in a recent build. We apologize for the downtime and hope to have everything back to 100% very soon. Below is a quick summary of the issues that we have been troubleshooting, and the next steps.
  • There was an issue with teleporters and some maps changing following our re-publish of Foundry quests. We have addressed this issue in the latest patch.
  • Following the update we needed to re-publish the affected projects to fix the teleporters and maps. That re-bublish is happening right now.
  • Reviewing of Foundry content is temporarily off until we can verify the issues are addressed.
  • Foundry editing is currently off while we complete the re-publish tasks. We hope to make editing available soon.

We hope to have an update soon. We'll check in shortly to confirm with everyone once reviewing, editing, and publishing are once again available. Thank you so much for your patience while we work through these issues.

    Thanks for the update.. From the little bit I saw of the new foundry it rocked face with being able to place objs in the 3d view...

    fix the ah system pleezzz when i won a weapon in dungeon chest i can,t post it in the ah and i can,t send it to my other class ? why did u do that ? pleezzz tack it back

    Thank you very much for the update. I am new to foundry editing and already I am hooked on it!!! I can't wait to finish building my first quest on it. :)

    Those are high elves, also known as eladrins. The closest beings to the feywild.
    They are a core race from D&D 4e. You can find them in "The Mysterious Woman" quest.

    There was mention of a new limit on the number of dialogue items in a quest. Is that intentional? From what I've heard, it's going to render a lot of existing quests impossible to edit, and I'm wondering, will it also mean you can't/won't republish them? One of my two will almost certainly fall into that category.

    Should quests that never had teleporters be available now, or are those also within the range of "waiting to be republished"? Neither of mine used teleporters and neither of mine shows on a search.

    It isn't a problem, they made the gear Bind on Loot. Which ruins the use of ad for many.
