I have several pre-nerf ones available for sell on Dragon server. They're BOP now so only Rogues can get new ones.

I am a rogue, but when i go to the pegasus vendor there's only a ring with the exact same name, but with crit, not regen. as for the price of it, it sells for 100-200k on ah now, so i figure it went BOP.. Really just wanted to know if there was a simple way to get it as a rogue, but i've looked through all the vendors :(

Well it seems they have changed the stat on the ring as well as making all seal items BOP now.

In the screenshot you posted, that is the ring before the fey-wild patch. As you can see by it being bind on equip.

Yeah shame. Another narrowing of playstyles being forced by the developers.

Try the house of xollarin rings, if you really plan on using hp regen on a TR.. (lvl 60 green rings) they are better for TR (150 life steal each and 175 regen + offensive slots). Because Tr obviously make better use of lifesteal than regeneration.

    All the best.

Why wouldn't you use life steal instead? You should be doing so much damage that life steal would be healing you better than a cleric.

believe it or not, put 2 of those rings in and you pretty much won't lose damage and gain massive survivability in the process. regen on tr is actually pretty nice ;)

    No...
I would think the discrepancy in stat difference would be obvious enough for you not to say something as stupid as you did. 325 (LS/regen) totals stats + off slot is not better for TR then 478 (regen) + off slot. The lvl 55 rings have more stats on them then the ancient rings.

Life steal only applies heals when you are damaging someone and that is not always the case. Regen is largely underrated and the TR's intelligent enough to get these regen rings prenerf know how OP they are. Constant regen of health, with it ticking for 1k+ hp when below 50% health is huge when ducking in and out of stealth/ITC.

The purpose of these rings are Ioun Stones of Might upgraded to lvl 25 for dual ring slots. It's nearly 1k regen + belt slot on characters who a) stack tons of hp already (GF, GWF), stack defense/hp and really don't need the stats from regular augment pets (DC).

And yeah, they nerfed the vendor ones with the patch, so unless you were smart and bought these before patch (15 seals, like 2k AD each buying the 40x bounties per seal from AH prior to patch), then you are SOL or buying it from someone who did :)

TR have quite a low hp pool. Regen is based on your HP. Lifesteal is based on your damage. What is the strength of a TR again.... mmmmh... Oh yeah dealing damage.

Also regen does not "tick", it has a 1 sec cd between intervals. ticking means per second.

    I hope this helped.

Regen is nice on stealth PvE rogues as well. I have a few of these left and am not sure if I want to sell or hoard them.

Sellers on Mindflayer are struggling to move them above 120k. I've been watching the item since I do have extras. I see a sale now and again, but definitely sluggish at that price point.
