so far i have had this problem with two accounts.
i opened a ticket 3 days ago but have gotten no response so i am hoping someone else may have experienced this and found a work around....
here is the story:
i purchased the feywild expansion pack (one time deal) but also wanted the portal hound pet for my first character so i also purchased the 19.99 pack. yay! i get pack and portal hound.
so far so good, no problems.
created character #2. wanted another portal hound. 19.99 packs say you can purchase multiple times, so...... time to get a second 19.99 starter pack.
i clicked the purchase link. clicking the purchase link is doing "something" because i see the "...waiting for cryptic..." message. the link seems to "time out"....
and then....suddenly i am right back at the initial screen and need to click the purchase link again. ???? being the type "A" person i am, i try again. no go. then i try reaching the purchase link from the blog rather than the main purchase link. tried using different browsers, different computers, even smart phone. cleared caches, cookies, everything. same problem. rinse and repeat. (multiple times)
i have tried this on 2 separate accounts now. (over the course of 3 days) both have the same problem. i can purchase one starter pack but even though i am supposed to have the option of purchasing a second, i can't. according to the support site, ticket volume is high so i have not gotten any sort of response to the ticket i placed.
so i am coming to you for help!! i can't get my portal hound for my second character. :-(
and even more disturbing.....cryptic/pwe is not letting me give them any money! very confusing.
tldr=> clicking the purchase link for a second $19.99 feywild starter pack does not work for me.

if so, why with multiple accounts and on 3 separate computers, and with multiple browsers and on a mobile device? it is not a payment issue because it won't even bring up the payment screen, it just reverts to the original "please click here if you are interested in buying"
i would really like to have a second package for a second character so if someone has a direct link to the purchase page that bypasses the original "clickie" that might help?

thanks for the link! unfortunately it leads me right back to the original starter pack page. the purchase page just won't load for me. it worked fine for the first pack but not the second. *shrugs*

i have no idea what to do at this point and no idea who to contact. if any mods or devs have any input i would be grateful. at thi point i would be happy to siply be acknowledged.

i am still unable to purchase a second starter pack. it seems like the system is erronously reading the pack as a one time purchase (as if it were a guardian, hero, or knight package) thus disabling the purchase link. but no one has responded to me from cryptic/pwe and my ticket was completely deleted. it no longer even exists so chances of hearing back from support are very small. it seems counterintuitive that pwe/cryptic would discourage me spending money on their product?
i have been very thorough trying everything from my end. different browsers, different computers, different isps, complete system cleaning on several machines. i am feeling a bit ignored at this point and am hoping for some sort of response from someone official. i followed the proper channels and was "erased"
not sure what the point of this post is at this point except that i don't know what else to do.
if anyone has succeeding in getting a second $19.99 starter pack purchased, please let me know how you succeeded. i really enjoy this game and want to support it but am finding it somewhat difficult to continue to do so at the moment.

any word/success with your ticket? mine was deleted into cyberspace with no answer....i am hoping you had better results...maybe i will open another ticket if you did.
