Is anyone else getting this? Did I miss a notice somewhere? Searching through the forums brought up an old thread, but I didn't find anything recent...
Yes, hopefully, but I doubt they'll fix it all in just one patch. They'll be lucky if they don't break something else, also.

I dont really get why they dont give any information when this kind of mainteinance goes live. It is not that hard to write:" hey guys, we are putting down the foundry servers, we dont have an eta, but for now is down. Farewell".
Terrible service, I have to admit.

If there is intentional downtime they would give notice either here, in the General Section or in one of the announcement sections.
As there is no notice on this downtime I suspect something blew up and they are busy trying to fix it rather than rush to the forums.
I was having the same issue yesterday and I would guess today as well. I try to publish my second and third quests and the publish fails. My first one is published and able to be published, but because I have 2 of 3 quests in a campaign not published it will not show my campaign or my first quest in the search no matter how you try searching for it. I'm just going to play patient and wait for them to resolve the issue.
I work the next three days and if I'm still having the issue after that I will start jumping up and down and throwing things!
What the deuce is this? The first time I become interested in making a Foundry and I'm not allowed to do so? I put money into Neverwinter and I am restricted from making a foundry?
Someone please explain this error and why it's restricting me from making a foundry?

Tempting as it might be to think otherwise, it's actually nothing personal.

Alright, thanks for explaining this to me. I was like all freaking out cause the one day out of the entire time I played (since beta), I wanted to make a Foundry for the first time and the game was like "Nope.jpg". xD I'll be patient for a fix then.

Is foundry making really that fun? I never tried it so I don't know.
The answer to that question depends entirely on your personality and what you find rewarding normally. If you are a creative person who can enjoy a bit of detail work in order to reach the point where you've got a finished creation to be proud of, then sure! If you're impatient or think spending hours adjusting the position of 3D objects sounds boring, then you might want to stay out.
It's not that hard, but only the minority would say that using the Foundry is fun. Rewarding, yes. Fun... that depends on who you are.

Save yourself a bleeding ulcer, and a lot of panic attacks, and don't touch the Foundry. Seriously. You'll at the very least have carpal tunnel and a messed up spine if you devote enough hours to the Foundry to make even a mediocre quest by most peoples' standards.

Sorry but I do not have any more information.

That's from 2 days ago. I think it's more likely what ambisinisterr said.
Read the updated text in yellow.
The Foundry was brought back up but teleporters remained bugged so content reviews were disabled.
Foundry Editing has been up since late Friday afternoon; over a day and a half.
But it's down now!
I work the next three days and if I'm still having the issue after that I will start jumping up and down and throwing things!
And thank you Ambisinisterr.
