Zen Exchange transaction failed with an error message. AD missing.

Tried to purchase 300 Zen with AD via the Exchange got the following message:

[Error] Failed to create Astral Diamond Exchange offer. {UNTRANSLATED: CurrencyExchange.Failure.Result.QuantityOutOfRange}

My astral diamonds are missing from my inventory account, there are none in the exchange balance and there is no listing for the trade either active or in history.

It was 300 Zen at 394 AD per so it is a hefty chunk of change for me. Please investigate this.

ps. I just noticed that instead of 300 Zen my feats and powers got reset o_O dafuq?!?

    It sounds like something horrible happened and you got a respec instead of 300 Zen. :confused:

    Well, you had a free respec on any character made before the big rebalancing yesterday. Sounds like that was applied.

    With regard to the exchange issue, submit an in-game ticket. They are able to view your transaction history and should be able to confirm you've been shorted.

    That's the thing; you still have to click the button to use the respec, so it shouldn't have even been touched. How much do respec tokens cost? If they cost 300 Zen then that's REALLY weird. Game crashed just now for me so I haven't checked on anything yet.

    Yeah its 300 Zen for the tokens. I did submit an in-game ticket. The weird thing is that the respec was a feats-only respec not like a free respec (which yes I did have) or like the token respec.
