Not received my Fury of the Feywild items

What am I doing wrong? The instructions I received when I pre-purchased my Freywild package ($60) a few weeks ago said I would receive them through in game mail after it went live. I have not.

FAQs said I had to complete a tutorial. So I spoke to the lady learning the history and their needs of me, done the campaign window walk thru, went to the new area, rescued the three scouts, collected the artifacts and went to the area with the three portals and turned in the quest. I've gone thru the first portal and completed the some quest like collected flowers, seeds. I've turned those in and completed 1/3 in the first campaign.

I have spoke with Sgt. Knox, Lord Neverwinter and collect from the chest. Let still no mail.

I have tried the claims agent in Protectors Enclave and he shows I have 0 available of the Fury of the Feywild Care package.

Getting very frustrated seeing everyone else with their stuff. What am I missing?

    The requirement to complete the tutorial before you can claim your items is the tutorial for brand new players (Sleeping Dragon Bridge, etc.). After the first conversation with Knox, all promo and pack items become available.

    This sounds like your pack has not been applied and you should submit a customer support ticket. Use the "billing" category, as they address those very quickly, and should get you straightened out.

    Btw...read your post on GWF bug. I had to break out my GWF to do this new area since my current toon is only lvl 47. She had been converted to basically a bank toon. I tried so hard to make her worthily in groups. Spent time and tons of ADs gearing, cat and stone, not to mention the loving care ranking her. Was sad to see the end result was GWFs are unwanted at end game. I gave up and walked away from NW for awhile. Only recently came back to give it one more try on a different class.

    I enjoyed running her. Sad they have no place in PvE end game.
