I have posted a great many auctions in the Trade House and every time I post an auction there is the indicator that says "Trade House Cut: 10% (~<> xxxx)". When my item sells and I calculate the actual cut that the trade house takes it is 12.5%. If the cut is actually supposed to be 12.5% then please make the guidance offered when posting reflect the actual cut, and if not then fix it so the actual cut taken is the communicated 10%. I don't enjoy being lied to or swindled.

Yes, it's the surcharge for remote access through the broker (top menu button), but the interface there does actually tell you that the AH fee will be 12.5%.
Someone said it happens when posting items from Gateway as well, though Gateway reports only a 10% cut. That would, in fact, be a bug (but the bug is probably that the text is wrong, not the %).
