But i agree wholeheartedly, the gold spammers are game cripling today, it's impossible to have a conversation for more than half a minute before they change their names and sidestep the people that ignore/report the spam.
Crypting should do global ban's on ISP IP address ranges, by shutting out entire address ranges of ISP's they would make it a bit more difficult for the gold spammers, on the other hand, there would be colatteral damage as non-spammers on the same ISP would also get blocked, unfortunate but Always been the case, the good suffer from the bad..

Haha, I think I was one of those people. I'd suggest the title - Spam Slayer 1-III. Same as the slayer achievements. Or you could just go ahead with: Marked as Spam. Hehe!

There could be plenty of titles, depending on rank. How about...
Slayer of Spam/Spam Slayer
Unspammer of Spams
Spam, spam, lovely spam (for Monthy Python fans)
#404: Spam Not Found

So... if the gold spammers were on the same ISP as you, you'd be ok with being banned from the game in the name of the greater good?
Spam is annoying, but let's be honest, banning half your customers to eliminate spammers (and probably only for a short time before they relocate) is not a viable business option.
I've had (in-game) malibox spam waiting for me when a brand new character first set foot in the Enclave. They may have found a way to automate that, but either way, those spammers are fast. lol
Lately this issue has been progressed with evil goldspammers ruining the chat with several lines times severla inputs. I will sugest that you can not repost the same line more often then once per a few seconds (5-10 atleast) to avoid the block of text. another solution would be to block so there is atleast two seconds between each entry..
I wonder if those accs that are used for spamming are their own, or are people getting their accs hacked and used as spam-accs (know this to be the case in other games)?
Anyway i think this issue needs some attention and fast as it ruin the atmosphear of the game severly.

It's really ridiculous how fast you report 1 then 30 seconds later another one pops in. They really need to get a handle on this issue. They could easily put in a block on how fast you can repeat the same sentence in zone chat. In the meantime some gold spammer war titles would be nice: Gold Spam Survivor...

Anyone who repeats same characters and sentence more than 3 times in span of 3-5 minutes should be automatically put on a cooldown for 10 minutes (example) and automatically ignored.
The people from W T S G O L D . COM are so @#&^ing annoying!
