Promotion codes missing items

So as the title says the promotion codes are missing items

MMORPG.com - Item Lion Mask - Defensive Potion Pack <- missing lion mask

WarCry - Title: Spellplague Survivor - Endurance Potion Pack <- missing the title

Logitech Giveaway - Title: Savage North Explorer - Defensive Potion Pack <- missing title

GameSpot - Item: Sun Mask - Defensive Potion Pack <- missing sun mask

Fragtist - Title: Sword Coast Ambassador - Endurance Potion Pack <- missing title

Everyeye.it - Titles: Alagondar's Legacy and Shaundakul's Favored - Endurance Potion Pack <- missing title

and

Claim Your Free Neverwinter Gear!
free Rare Weapon and set of Dungeon Seals <- Key dont work at all

    Well out of know where my screen filled up with notifications just now and all the stuff finaly arrived lol

    so now only thing messed up is the email code that dont work at all

    I made a new character recently and shortly after completing the tutorial it was just this wall of spam as all the promos got applied. It just wouldn't seem to stop. :)

    Your stuff arrives after the first time you talk to Knox, not before.

    Im missing the Lion Mask as well, never received it.

    I am missing my Hero of the North Founders Pack after doing all the tutorials and checking the gift agent and mail several times.

    For this, I believe you need to contact billing support, as nobody on the forums can help you.
