Same here. I haven't been playing lately because of it. I stream and pvp 99% of the time. Without Streaming, I lag just as bad as streaming. Literally all other games I play have no issues.

Seriously Cryptic! It's been weeks! Please fix this problem ASAP and feel free to consider giving some compensation to your patient customers. This is the worst stretch of gaming issues I've ever experienced. Unpleasant to say the least and very disappointing!

Update on what DEVS have found? I've spoken to Fios several times and they are clueless. When they test my connections everything is fine.

i get nothing but timeouts.... so ya it has to be the dispute between Verizon/Cogent.

Also do we get any help regarding losing items? current i lost my daily coin Celestral coin thingy.. could i get them back if i send in a support ticket?

Sadly it is pretty unlikely because players try to abuse the systems in MMO's far too much to give lost items back most times but send a support ticket anyway. It's worth a shot. :)

Thanks for the response but i can always get it again... just right now i can't even get the log on screen to pop up despite switching it to using proxies.

I'm gonna try and use the VPN setup i have again. Problem with that was the patching would slow it down terribly and cause it to lag.

(I can't create a new post yet so I'll post here)

I tried to enter Protector's Enclave but suddenly lost connection and now there is some error preventing me from logging into the game.

Tried safe-log in but the same result.

I keep getting timeout errors whenever I try to log into the game now with my character but the game server says it is running fine.

I don't think it is my internet since everything is still running smoothly.

You're good. The patchserver.neverwinter.com is visible, except that it seems we FiOS users are unable to connect to the patch server. Again.

Does anyone know if there's a proxy setting for the patch server itself? I don't want to use a VPN because, frankly, I don't trust any of them.

I've been having the lag during the same vague times of the day, almost every day, for well over a month. But other games are fine.

I just died 7 times in less than an hour due to rubber-banding back into red zones while fighting the same boss over and over. To add insult to injury the 3 minute campfire heal doesn't seem to be functioning so I'm running out of kits too and will soon have to give up entirely.

I used to like this game but it's more and more becoming just a source of anger and frustration. I stopped spending money on this game weeks ago and at this rate I won't start again.

Has there been an official update to this issue? I just came back a few days ago after a long hiatus because of this issue, & I still experience debilitating lag/rubberbanding. Verizon Fios east, Asus n53 dual band wireless adaptor.
