I am unsure if this is intended or not, but the switch to a black and white color palette and buff icon no longer trigger upon activating lurker's assault after the patch. It was a bit difficult to determine if it was active.

The nerfed preview version of LA has this animation change tied to it as well. Did you notice anything different about the functionality of the skill? Damage, duration, teleporting behind target to attack?

Edit: I see that many of the changes that were being tested have been dropped, but no mention of the animation. Still not sure if bug or feature.

I have noticed that there's no longer Black And White and Red too. However, There hasn't been much change in the actual effect of the skill to my knowledge. It's kind of aggravating, because that was the only way knew that the skill was active aside from the slow down of the sound effect thing.

Just after looking at the skill description, wasn't it SUPPOSED to be a 25% increase in damage? It looks like they took a way five percent damage as well. This is rather annoying too. I am starting to think the PVP crybabies have had a hand in this saying that we rogues are way too overpowered. The way I specced wasn't necessarily a perma stealth spec, but it was pretty close, I wanted more damage as well as longer stealth so I went for a balanced approach (I also didn't want to fight for Silvery Enchantments with my Cleric partner). Why in the hell they did this is a mystery, but it's really put a hamper on my damage output. I used to top DPS very easily with Duelist Flurry Spam, Lashing Blow, to Duelist Flurry Spam again, and if there was more mobs than party members I'd throw out a Blitz every so often too.

In PVP Blitz was replaced with Impossible to catch for a quick way to get out of CC's and the immunity of them for a short period of time. I am kind of afraid to go in to PVP now because I don't know if they nerfed Impossible to Catch as well.

No, 20% for rank 1 is correct. That wasn't changed, but it will be getting a nerf with Fury of the Feywild. The new values for that will be 15% at rank 1, 20% at rank 2 and 25% at rank 3. Which is down from the 20%/40%/60% that it currently has.

Interesting that it is not in the patch notes, wonder what else changed.

I thought it was just me being inexperienced since I only recently put a point into Lurker's Assault on my TR. Used it once and couldn't even tell it was active or what it was doing. My TR might have had a slight glow (or could have been the lighting of the area -- not sure), but that's it. I don't PVP because I hate competitive gaming, but I play solo so I wanted to have a balanced stealth/power build like one of the above posters mentioned, since that seemed like a reasonable way to get through tough situations alone. Lurker's Assault seemed like a good daily for that, except I can't tell when it's actually doing anything to be able to use it effectively. -.-

Whether it's a bug or not, can we maybe have something more noticeable to be able to tell when it's active?
