I think the company should take a hit and hire more debugging staff. The rate of getting known issues fixed is totally utterly beyond slow. The issues are dragging the game down. I know since the past experiences so far with the way things get released we are going to have a ton of new bugs and exploits and cheats on top of all the multiple ones known already.

I want this game to be so much more then it is right now. I want it to be successful not slowly die off like it is right now.

Or has the company came to the conclusion that the game is going to fail and your slowly letting it die off to rake in as much as you can from the zen store? Give the game a chance atleast put more people on debugging or hire more to help with it.

Ooooooooooooooooor we start being patient and do other real life stuff instead of sitting on a game for week and wait for the developers to fix it?

Yes but they supposed to listen to us in ways for them to improve the game in general.

We'd be so lucky. But pumping out new pets in the Zen store seems to be the main priority now.

4-6 months for what to be fixed? most of bugs are fixed , it is just new ones keep on appearing.

Debugging team and Cash shop producers are completely different teams.

I agree with what you had said, and this truth/fact/excuse has been stated a lot of times already, but the refute is still the same:

"I am a paying customer and all I know is that the game/this class/this pet is buggy/broken! I do not give a dumn on any excuse you are trying to give. Fix it now or I will do my business elsewhere!"

It now boils down on whether Cryptic wants to increase the manpower/importance of the debugging team/customer support team/QA team/bots smashing team/ etc etc, or just place it at the bottom of "To-Do" list and emphasize on the cash shop producers for MOAR!!!!! packs and money.
    "Lucky" is the new FOTM.

Real life has more bugs than the game and no debuggers to be found.

i`m sure those things are discussed behind closed doors ;p
as with any company which has to calculate benefits and risks over time.

It's funny how with each new patch, they break more stuff in the game. They break more things than fix.

They broke at least half of the gear sets' Set 2 and 4 bonuses with this previous (7/31) patch for ALL classes.

Wonder how long it'll take them to fix this HAMSTER...

I invite you to stroll on over to the bug section of the forum and see just how many are thirty days old or longer. I counted thirteen threads on just the first two pages. Oh, and they're things that are still active and unsolved. ON TOP OF the new "bugs" that come out with every patch.

This in no way excuses the lack of performance from the bug team, nor does it inspire faith in a team that places money before product quality in my opinion.
    I'm unhappy and I can't say why.
