Anyone RLY know the softcap/hardcap for recovery/power/crit/apen ??


I just read this about recovery:

Is it because of Cryptic math on recovery? Just like with professions, a 100% speed bonus cuts the time by 50%. So a 100% recovery bonus would decrease times by 50%. I think it's because 100% is twice as fast, so you're getting twice the actions in as someone with a 0% bonus.

So 20% recovery is equal to a 10% reduction in recharge speed. Maybe?


If this is true, still better to stack recovery?? Or go for crit...
When power start to diminishing hard?

    I think im just underwhelmed then if that is how were to build our wizards. It is what it is, but i just feel that crit is to low of a cap and power seems almost useless in the grand scheme of things.

    Alot of stats start diminishing at around 750 points. the only hardcap i know if is crit being at 49%. Also alot of people say 24% is the ArP is capped at 24% for bosses though some argue that in CN ArP is higher than 24%

    power has not dimishing returns. we should be stacking recovery to about 3500 ArP to 2400. Then Power Crit is pretty meh because of eye of the storm crit Diminishes hard and early on and eye of the storm really makes crit meh. that being said i have 2600 crit because its on all the gear anyways.
