Gateway not awarding astral diamonds

Since the latest patch the other day, every time I complete a task on the gateway, the astral diamonds I am entitled to do not show up in game like they used to. I don't know if this is happening to anybody else, but it is very inconvenient because I cannot be in the game to claim them every time they are completed.

I have also had this issue. Around 8 or so 'Protect Caravan' tasks were done. I then patched Neverwinter to collect ingame and there is nothing there.
This totally removes the point of having the Gateway if this does not work.

Check your unrefined AD, guys. I thought I wasn't getting my AD from the gateway today, either, but when I logged into the game, I noticed they were there - just unrefined.

nope, just tried it, got no unrefined AD at all.

seems like the gateway doesn't give AD.

This isn't something new. Been around for a while. Iirc, dev said "could not reproduce" and that seems to be the end of it ...

I just checked again. Collected some results from the gateway, logged into the game, and the exact sum of AD I was expecting from the tasks were there, just unrefined.
But before the big patch, it certainly was the same story for me. Never got the AD from the gateway, unrefined or otherwise.

It's really odd, so I'll be keeping an eye on it in any case. The gateway is still malfunctioning, to say the least, despite all the attempted bug fixes...

I am also having this problem, I'm getting chests and items but the astral diamonds are not appearing as unrefined or otherwise.

Does anyone know if this is going to be addressed?

I am also seeing this. I am not getting the AD either refined or unrefined. I lost 1200 due to three tasks of 400 each completed via gateway but no diamonds when logged into game. This stinks. I have a hard time believing the game makers cannot check logs to see if when I competed a task that i was credited the AD I was supposed to get.

Same problem here. Even the AD counter at the bottom of the gateway page isn't increasing after collecting leadership tasks which are supposed to give AD.

The total at the bottom only shows spendable ADs, so unrefined diamonds will not immediately count towards it. If you were to log in to the game promptly after completing tasks, you would see an unrefined amount available to refine. Balances of unrefined diamonds are periodically refined for you, up to the daily cap, if you don't do it yourself, even if you don't log in.

Not sure exactly what the time frame is for the game to auto-refine diamonds for you, so I don't know how long it would take or what would trigger your Leadership diamonds kicking over to your spendable total if you never logged in to the game at all. If you tab between Gateway and the game while doing anything that changes your balance, the balance shown in Gateway will display changes when you refresh the page.

Everyone who complains that Gateway didn't give them their ADs should probably write down their balance at the end of a play session, and track and compare the actual numbers they earn and spend via Gateway, not just a vaguely fuzzy idea of "I think I should have had more". You need to back up your claims with data, or you come across looking like you've not noticed a game mechanic that's intended to be helpful (preventing the daily refining cap from being punitive to the absent-minded).

Without actual numbers (what I had, +/- transactions, what I have now), nobody can look into your claims, or they'll just tell you that you don't see your unrefined ADs because they were refined for you.

I believe the game does notify that your diamonds have been refined, but this notification displays in the chat window, which a lot of people hide, or never look at.
