4th Edition Forgotten Realms re-evaluation of their Pantheon ended up claiming that several elven deities we're actually 'human' deities being given other names by the elves. The only elven deities left are Corellon and the thematically weak Angharradh. Sehanine Moonbow was in fact Selune, and Hanali Celanil was actually Sune.
Other less 'significant' members of the Seldarine ended up being relegated to 'exarchs' - basically Aerdrie, Solonor, Labelas, Erevan, etc... are glorified elf angels.
...no, I didn't think much of this change either.

. . . . . Hanali Celanil is actually Sune and Sehanine is actually Selune. When the gods' realms were torn asunder during the spellplague, many gods masquerading as other gods lost that ability and they were revealed for who they really are. Many other gods also had their true nature revealed. They no longer exist as Hanali or Sehanine, just as the others no longer exist as who they were pretending to be. So, we'll never see Hanali or Sehanine choices specifically, as they're already offered as their 4e true names.
. . . . . Angharradh was not a being in her own right but the culmination of three goddesses, two of which are now known as really being Sune and Selune, as I stated. Check out my Grimoire of Time for a list of all current and canon 4e forgotten realms dieties.
. . . . . Never-the-less, I wish Cryptic would go through and add ALL the current 4 Greater Gods, Gods, Primordials, Exarchs, and Archdevils (all listed in my Grimoire, linked above). As well as the option for "None" and the ability to change deities, especially now with how Clerics gain their Divine Magic, after the death of Mystra. Once ordained, they no longer have to stay loyal to their god to have powers. Once they have access to Divine Magic (by being ordained by the church or a god), they have it until the day they die no matter their later life choices or godly favor.

It'd be cool if you could customise your look based on your Deity as well, for example a Cleric of Torm would have a different icon to a Cleric of Amaunator.

. . . . . Yeah, that would be awesome! Right now though, Amaunator does have a couple tattoos in character creation, as so a few other gods like Selune and Cyric. Corellon has a couple too, they're called "Crescent."
Although I fully support this, for the sake of customization and such, what would be the point? Its a useless history/vanity/roleplay thing anyways? Its nice to be able to change stuff yeah, but it doesn't affect anything. It should eb an easy add/fix, but if it takes any time away from other stuff...PRIORITIES. LOL
