Professions not showing lower level tasks.

This is a problem I haven't been able to reproduce consistently, and I'm not sure if others are experiencing it too.
Sometimes, my professions pages won't show anything except higher level tasks that are beyond my current profession level. e.g I had leadership and leatherworking, at about 10/6 respectively. When this occurs, all I see are lvl 11+ tasks greyed out in leadership, and 0 tasks in leatherworking. (The text at the bottom of the list itself says "Showing 0 of 0", or "Showing 1 of 5 (4 filtered)", something to that effect.)
Sometimes it'll be the case both in-game and on gateway, sometimes it's just one while the other is fine. The only thing that resets it back to normal is waiting it out. If it's the one-works-the-other-doesn't scenario, sometimes beginning tasks with the one that works resets the other one.
Occurs seemingly at random, I haven't noticed any common trend of it appearing. If it matters, I do log in much more on my phone than desktop. Playing with the filters doesn't fix it, changing characters doesn't fix it, reloading the page (gateway) doesn't fix it, relogging doesn't fix it. Sometimes it's over in just 4-5 minutes, sometimes it's stuck more than half a day.
