Haven't found one yet. Might not have done them all but all the dungeons are poorly designed because of to many ADDS and the boss fights are just add fights. The only good part was luring a boss so you could finally fight him and skip ADDS but now that is fixed so what to do now. GS is unimportant I am fully geared and enchanted and every time I do a dungeon I go #$%^ why am I doing this. Usually at some point content is annoying because of gear but in this game its just annoying. Is there any plan to make dungeons enjoyable to do? Does anyone like a dungeon, honestly!

I have ran them all. None of them are fun. The ONLY thing that keeps me doing 1 dungeon and ONLY 1 dungeon is the guild voice chat. Without this aspect I wouldn't even be playing because the game is THAT boring.
i kind of like dread vaults except there is no campfires in that dungeon... so if you die mid /end dungeon by accident you have to run all the way from the beginning....and its a looooooooooooooooooong walk.
the rest is just a cluster**** of adds everywhere especially when they make us fight a boss in a small space with dozens of adds with large health pools and stupid aoe abilitys, some fights if your team doesnt kill the adds fast enough you can not even see the ground, with all the adds and boss aoe abilitys (red circles)...
reduce the number of adds and their abilitys/health pools or put a limit to how much a boss can spawn adds and the dungeons will be a much better and fun experience

I like most the dungeons btw. Dread Vault is great, Spiders is fun every once in a while, Frozen Heart is really fun for my tank. Karrundax is fun and easy. I even go back and run Cragmire Crypts and Idris every once in a while. The encounter with the adventurers in CC is fun.

im not asking for them to remove adds, just asking for an HP nerf on them or removing/tuning down some adds aoe damage...
not even seing the ground on some fights where the "arena" is small is a major issue on some boss fights... if you are in a guild coordinated group you can kill or control the adds 90% of the time, but when you pug its just turn to chaos and more than half of the time leads to wipes and 100% of times wipes leads to 1 or 2 people leaving the dungeon , wasting 40 or more minutes of everyones life
Dungeons in this game the worst i ever seen, maybe 7 years ago they would be interesting, for me its really hard to go queue even at dugneon delves cause its so **** boring
no. honestly, I cant stand the dungeons. I will not do any during non delve times.
my problem, take my gwf. I get kicked out of many dungeons before they even start because I AM a gwf. However, I can solo frozen heart except for the boss fights. The dungeons are mind numbingly easy and soloable until the bosses.
Then there is the bosses, which is just an add spam fest. the bosses themselves are easy, even ion frozen heart, and I can tank both the bosses without unstoppable (I am a healer spec, and can heal myself better than most healers, and its good enough that I can solo the level 59-60 skirmish)
the hard part is, trusting the other four of your party to deal with the endless amount of adds. it gets to stupid levels. I would rather see bosses, that act like bosses and are bosses, with his posse that is lesser in number, but has skills that are worth a dang.
but yeah, the dungeons are overly boring, the drops barely worthwhile, and only reason I do it during delves when I do do it, is that I do need AD.
Otherwise I would never do it at all

Had fun in EVERY SINGLE DUNGEON I've ever been in.
I actually love doing the Cloak Tower dungeon every time I play it on my lower-level alts. The layout is interesting to me, the fights aren't difficult but not tedious either, and it's just a really pretty dungeon in terms of aesthetics. The others I've done so far (up to Gray Wolf Den) I do just because they're there, but I really enjoy doing the Cloak Tower for its own sake.

I didn't say remove I just make them at least function correctly. Maybe waves not some bajillion add poor design fight because they didn't want to give the boss fight or dungeon some real depth. Dungeons aren't enjoyable with or without a CW so that means its pretty bad. I haven't played a ton of MMO's but this is the worst dungeons I have seen. Thought this game would have a lot of pride in there dungeons and PvE content. Currently they are just on the bottom. I just hope someday it changes so they can be enjoyable. Have some actual real boss fights and some real depth.

But like anything, everything gets boring if you keep doing it again and again. But compared to other MMOs I think they are alot more fun, apart from maybe global agenda which was pretty entertaining.
Just wish they didnt plop together so many immunity things in one go. or have tons of red casting ones in the same pack, in boss fights for example.

Yea well low lvl seem like there fine I was referring to 60 lvl epic dungeons. Haven't found one that is remotely enjoyable. Although I guess the closest if I think about it now is Pirates King since the boss fight even though has a million adds its closest to a real boss fight and the rest of the dungeon is decent.

I love the dungeons. Sure Cloak Tower is getting a bit dull now, but I've done it ten plus times in two days. And I've played three days, other than a few hours in the beta. The solo-dungeons are very fun, too. (long instances are dungeons, no matter what people call them.) And the Foundry has some rather interesting ones, too. If you hate the dungeons so much, why not make your own and stop complaining?
they should remove unlimited mobs or make its respawn time longer after killing them
and just add mini boss + mobs when boss HP drops to certain HP like dread vault
and the dungeon some of it are too long
spellpague can last up to 3hours+ if your partym8s are noobs and most of the time others leave at 2nd boss and last boss

If you don't enjoy it, why do you play? Or you plan to make the developers change things for your behalf?
About clearing trash, In dungeons in alot of MMOs theres alot of trash clearing, some streamlined them making them 15 minutes long. Which i think is not a good thing, D&D is all about dungeon crawling. sure they could design some things better, like multiple paths, class specific things that just make things more interactive (e.g. a guardian/gwf can push open a blockage or boulder to make a path a bit easier.)

I don't want the dungeons to be bad and hope that some day Myself and many other players don't feel that way. I wanted to know if it was possible to enjoy a dungeon in this game because no matter what I do I find them to be agrrivating, ragging, annoying, and most of all a huge disappointment. I enjoy raids and dungeons in other games but in here the worst I have seen and I thought there would be at least one that was enjoyable where I can turn to my party and be like I had fun great run lets do it again. I just never have said this. Dungeons are a huge part of any MMO for gear, items, enchants, rewards not to mention since I am fully T2 geared and enchanted because of PvP I like to help other friends and guildys out with there run. I help them do there dungeon and the whole time I scream OMG why is this dungeon like this its terrible I hope they start to design some great dungeons. I am not trying to get anyone to hate it. The current dungeons as you read already have more then a fair share of players hating them. Not to mention that since day 1 they were exploited and now players don't even know how to do them correctly and now when you do them correctly they scream OMG why is it like this.
To sum up I was more just searching for some minute way to not want to beat a Unicorn to death with a Bag of rainbows everytime I do any dungeon because of how bad they are. They don't need to change anything on my behalf just change it to make them not the worst dungeons in a new MMO so player don't quit behalf would be a better idea. Because I do like this game and my friends that I play with in it. Just be nice if one of my friends was like I love this dungeon lets do it, instead its like I hate this dungeon I know you hate it too but we can combine our hate and do it so I can get the gear I need.
If bis pvp gear didnt come from them i wouldnt even bother.

I do not think that dungeons are bad. Yeah, there are/were some bugs and some bosses need tweaks.
Overall it's pretty much the same like any other MMO, so I would say average.

Targeting a specific archer add with this games targeting system is like trying to snipe with a shotgun. I have wiped before b/c game targets, and tracks, some add that crosses in front of my target, causing me to pull aggro. That happens a couple times you are dead.

While I agree that most the dungeons need to F off with the army of adds, I think when you're running the same dungeons 1-5 times a day, maybe people should find something else to do. Create a new char and don't no life them to 60. Actually take time to enjoy the game instead of steamrolling to the end and complaining about "boring game, nothing to do, no fun, no end game, no this, no that"
I actually enjoy the game. I had my DC at 60 before beta ended and I still enjoy playing on this char even though I don't have a gear score of 17K. I also have 4 other chars, one of each class and I play them all and piddle around doing things I actually want to do and not things that MMO no lifers tell me I have to do.

Grey Wolf is one of the very few dungeons that offer a real challenge with the trash pulls. For those that still remember it I'm talking about the stormcallers pull that spawn after a wolves pull, in the same room. The rest of the dungeon is pretty boring and linear to me. The boss fight is fine even if there are some spikes of damage that come from apparently nowhere. Yet it requires some good party coordination when you're not overgeared. 6.5
Mad Dragon, my favourite boss fight so far. Erinnies are the one and only trash mobs that requires some party coordination, Cryptic should really focus on this kind of mobs. 8
Pirate King, imaginative dungeon but, all in all, pretty boring. The boss fight is fine. 6.5
Frozen Heart, big shame, is the most exploited dungeon right now. It really requires some developer's attention. The boss fights are pretty much the same and a very stupid approach to me. It would have been good if it was intended but, given the fact that the adds don't unspawn once you kill the boss makes me think they actually wanted the players to actually kill the adds and it's not reasonably possible. 5
Karrundax, same as above except they fixed one of the most exploited tactic (lure the mini-bosses away from their spawn points). Anyway it's too unbalanced and the final boss is almost no challenge at all. The trash pulls are very repetitive. 5
Spellplague is fine as long as you're a Control Wizard or a Devoted Cleric. You may even find a role if you are a GF but if you're a Great Weapon Fighter or a Rogue you're basically carried from boss to boss. Both the mini-bosses are bugged and they keep on spawning adds even when they are dead. 5.5

Depends on the size of the boss/trash. In Karrundax, Mad Dragon and Dread Vault if I'm anywhere near the boss(as in around 20ft for DV, further for the Dragons) my single target attacks will spin me around and attack the boss because of their HUGE HITBOX.
i have not done any dungeons for weeks, i just dont see the point, nearly all my guild as quit out of shear boredom with the game, or are just fed up of all the BS so called fix's that dont fix anything just break even more things

so that leaves me with just pugs, which honestly is a total waste of time, 90% of pugs fail and the main reason is usualy because somone gets bored and just leaves. which leaves the rest of the group 9 / 10 stuck, if somone leaves mid run, you can not even invite a new member to the group, you can not requeue unless you all leave first and abandon the run, then if your lucky and the remaining 4 members actualy stay you can queue up again and just hope that no one leaves again, by now alot of time as passed.
The whole dungeon system is stupid, you should be able to queue or at least invite a new player to join so you can finsh your original run.
You can very easily waste a good hour+ just in queues alone, so if you get a group and somone leaves halfway through you are going on to 2 hours time lol
99% of players at lvl 60 do dungeons with the sole purpose of hopfully getting a upgrade piece of gear, but in reality, is it realy worth the time to actualy do a dungeon for it ??
Because nothing as ever been done to fix any of the speed run exploits ( some have been mildly fixed, but not cured even though all way to late ) the auction house is overflowing with every piece of gear anybody could possibly want and due to the sheer quantity that is available in the AH and people selling the gear dont realy put any value on it anymore, it is all very very cheap, This is not helped with the nerfs to leadership AD rewards and the recent so called fix to bracers to BoP
PWE's obviousl latest stratergy to nerf anything that can turn over a AD profit to players is absolute BS, and the only thing they are trying to achieve is make more people buy Zen for real money but what they have actualy done is totaly messed up the economy themselves, you can buy tier 2 armour for less than 50k AD now, there is that much gear on the AH from all the speed runs etc that now people are practicaly giving it away in the AH.
You dont need high amounts of AD to gear a char up anymore. i geared my cleric with full miracle healer set for less than 200k including CN rings, and i made the 200k in one day just from grinding skill nodes and selling enchants, very easy to do
So my point why spend possibly 2 hours+ to queue for a dungeon, with only a very small chance of actualy being able to finsh it ( through no fault of your own ) and on top of that and even smaller chance of actualy getting anything from it in the end too. OK yes there is dungeon delves time, but the majority of gear that drops from a DD chest is widly available on the AH for 2 or 3 k AD, which you can get daily just for praying, lol
it would not suprise me at all , if nerfing the AD from praying does not come very soon too
The way the economy is at presant and the sheer overload of gear on the AH as near enough made dungeons redundent altogether.
Even running Castle Never were most the best weapons drop, is slowly getting to be a waste of time, thier price is dropping in huge chunks daily. there is certainly no point doing CN when DD is on either the chest drops tier 1 gear lol, you would not even be able to get in there if you need tier 1 gear. and again you can buy tier 1 necks , rings belts on the AH some less than 1 k now.
Gear is absolutly worthless, the only item in game that is or was worth anything is enchants, but thats practicaly been ruined by botters now.
As for the dungeons themselves, There all pretty much the same, just with diferent sceanery lol, just a few packs of adds then a mini boss, which 1 player can handle solo,another few packs of adds, another mini boss, etc etc etc. until you finaly , if your group as stayed together you get to the end boss, which in all honesty you can't realy call a 'boss' they dont do anything, just the usualy predictable aoe attack, just move from aoe= win, thats same for every boss in the game, none have any real different mechanics, even more of a joke is some of the adds have more mechanics than the so called 'Boss'

This, basically. Even ctrl targeting doesnt work b/c the sec something else crosses your path or gets in your way- you target that instead.
Its like the crosshairs gravitate toward things you are not targeting.
And dont even get me started on hitting a specific target in a mass of mobs.
If a fight is, seemingly, designed so players need to target a specific mob, we should have the tools to be able to target said mob reliably. When i get the job of killing archers on 2nd boss in karax, i spend more time running around to get a shot than attacking it

I don't enjoy games in which endgame content is all about dps. Remove (some) adds and you just need 5 rogues to do a dungeon.

Grey Wolf is one of the very few dungeons that offer a real challenge with the trash pulls. For those that still remember it I'm talking about the stormcallers pull that spawn after a wolves pull, in the same room. The rest of the dungeon is pretty boring and linear to me. The boss fight is fine even if there are some spikes of damage that come from apparently nowhere. Yet it requires some good party coordination when you're not overgeared. 6.5
Mad Dragon, my favourite boss fight so far. Erinnies are the one and only trash mobs that requires some party coordination, Cryptic should really focus on this kind of mobs. 8
Pirate King, imaginative dungeon but, all in all, pretty boring. The boss fight is fine. 6.5
Frozen Heart, big shame, is the most exploited dungeon right now. It really requires some developer's attention. The boss fights are pretty much the same and a very stupid approach to me. It would have been good if it was intended but, given the fact that the adds don't unspawn once you kill the boss makes me think they actually wanted the players to actually kill the adds and it's not reasonably possible. 5
Karrundax, same as above except they fixed one of the most exploited tactic (lure the mini-bosses away from their spawn points). Anyway it's too unbalanced and the final boss is almost no challenge at all. The trash pulls are very repetitive. 5
Spellplague is fine as long as you're a Control Wizard or a Devoted Cleric. You may even find a role if you are a GF but if you're a Great Weapon Fighter or a Rogue you're basically carried from boss to boss. Both the mini-bosses are bugged and they keep on spawning adds even when they are dead. 5.5
Spider Queen and Castle Never, yet to come.
Depends on the size of the boss/trash. In Karrundax, Mad Dragon and Dread Vault if I'm anywhere near the boss(as in around 20ft for DV, further for the Dragons) my single target attacks will spin me around and attack the boss because of their HUGE HITBOX.

so that leaves me with just pugs, which honestly is a total waste of time, 90% of pugs fail and the main reason is usualy because somone gets bored and just leaves. which leaves the rest of the group 9 / 10 stuck, if somone leaves mid run, you can not even invite a new member to the group, you can not requeue unless you all leave first and abandon the run, then if your lucky and the remaining 4 members actualy stay you can queue up again and just hope that no one leaves again, by now alot of time as passed.
The whole dungeon system is stupid, you should be able to queue or at least invite a new player to join so you can finsh your original run.
You can very easily waste a good hour+ just in queues alone, so if you get a group and somone leaves halfway through you are going on to 2 hours time lol
99% of players at lvl 60 do dungeons with the sole purpose of hopfully getting a upgrade piece of gear, but in reality, is it realy worth the time to actualy do a dungeon for it ??
Because nothing as ever been done to fix any of the speed run exploits ( some have been mildly fixed, but not cured even though all way to late ) the auction house is overflowing with every piece of gear anybody could possibly want and due to the sheer quantity that is available in the AH and people selling the gear dont realy put any value on it anymore, it is all very very cheap, This is not helped with the nerfs to leadership AD rewards and the recent so called fix to bracers to BoP
PWE's obviousl latest stratergy to nerf anything that can turn over a AD profit to players is absolute BS, and the only thing they are trying to achieve is make more people buy Zen for real money but what they have actualy done is totaly messed up the economy themselves, you can buy tier 2 armour for less than 50k AD now, there is that much gear on the AH from all the speed runs etc that now people are practicaly giving it away in the AH.
You dont need high amounts of AD to gear a char up anymore. i geared my cleric with full miracle healer set for less than 200k including CN rings, and i made the 200k in one day just from grinding skill nodes and selling enchants, very easy to do
So my point why spend possibly 2 hours+ to queue for a dungeon, with only a very small chance of actualy being able to finsh it ( through no fault of your own ) and on top of that and even smaller chance of actualy getting anything from it in the end too. OK yes there is dungeon delves time, but the majority of gear that drops from a DD chest is widly available on the AH for 2 or 3 k AD, which you can get daily just for praying, lol
it would not suprise me at all , if nerfing the AD from praying does not come very soon too
The way the economy is at presant and the sheer overload of gear on the AH as near enough made dungeons redundent altogether.
Even running Castle Never were most the best weapons drop, is slowly getting to be a waste of time, thier price is dropping in huge chunks daily. there is certainly no point doing CN when DD is on either the chest drops tier 1 gear lol, you would not even be able to get in there if you need tier 1 gear. and again you can buy tier 1 necks , rings belts on the AH some less than 1 k now.
Gear is absolutly worthless, the only item in game that is or was worth anything is enchants, but thats practicaly been ruined by botters now.
As for the dungeons themselves, There all pretty much the same, just with diferent sceanery lol, just a few packs of adds then a mini boss, which 1 player can handle solo,another few packs of adds, another mini boss, etc etc etc. until you finaly , if your group as stayed together you get to the end boss, which in all honesty you can't realy call a 'boss' they dont do anything, just the usualy predictable aoe attack, just move from aoe= win, thats same for every boss in the game, none have any real different mechanics, even more of a joke is some of the adds have more mechanics than the so called 'Boss'
This, basically. Even ctrl targeting doesnt work b/c the sec something else crosses your path or gets in your way- you target that instead.
Its like the crosshairs gravitate toward things you are not targeting.
And dont even get me started on hitting a specific target in a mass of mobs.
If a fight is, seemingly, designed so players need to target a specific mob, we should have the tools to be able to target said mob reliably. When i get the job of killing archers on 2nd boss in karax, i spend more time running around to get a shot than attacking it
