you guys worry too much, recovery is the primary stat for wizard, then you can start thinking about dealing dmg, it depends on how you roll your wiz, an optimal punting wiz on cn or spell can outdps everyone just from punting, he might as well not run any crit or arp at all and can still outdps everyone, the 2 best stats for a dps is currently CRIT then ARP, Crit needs to be high and your crit severity accordingly, you want to crit alot and u want the crits to be high, this is solely the highest dmg boost in the game of all stats, while power, int, arp will increase ur dmg, none will scale as much as critting and critting for 100%+ of your base dmg.
get high base crit on your wiz, cha, then roll crit on feats and stack it, it will be the highest dps boost next to having high base dmg, int, and every dmg % inc you can stack on that with your playstyle and feats. its about synergies. even tenebrous on high hp can work out in some cases depending on what encounters and what situation u r in and what encounters u r using.
Perfect example of how stats work on damage, at the very least makes a clear point on Armor penetration, thanks!

Anyone here, knows which will net me more DPS ? , Orb of the Champion vs Ancient Court Magister's Orb ,my Recovery is capped so it is not a factor anymore. What I want to know is how Important is Weapon Damage? I run 3 Greater Tene Enchant on my setup and my Crit and Arpen isn't capped yet. I have Cat Companion but not going to include in the calculation because in pvp you wont have them so in terms of weapon which one is better for me?
