The dungeon masters in this game.

All other complaints and praising aside, If this were a P&P campaign would you go back for a second campaign with the dungeon master of Neverwinter?

This has nothing to do with the foundry.

Until THEY foot the bill for the next pizza, I'm out of the group for the moment.

I've had better, and worse. It varies from story to story. The story wasn't as good as the longest campaigns I had with the longest standing group I played in, but it is unreasonable in my view to expect scenarios and stories designed to be played by people you don't know to be on par with those of established groups who have played with each other over close to a decade.

Actually the foundry has better stories IMO. Neverwinter is generic as you can get.

Some Foundry authors have done amazing things with it.

. . . . . So far, I really love the Story of the Official Campaign. I haven't found many discrepancies in actual lore either, which is awesome to me, as I am a real stickler for the lore being spot on when dealing with my beloved Realms. While I haven't experienced everything in the Live version yet, as my play time has been cut short due to health issues -- So far, at just over level 30 on my main character (CW), I would rate the "DM" as being a 9 out of 10. Especially taking into account the massive amounts of additions to the voice overs since alpha and beta.

A lot of the voice overs in the game are better than those I have experienced in some other titles.

Yep. This DM has some great stories that follow the official campaign.
And I'm still finding more gems as I review at a slower pace.
Can hardly wait to check out New Sharandar.

That being said, mechanics-wise, I wish we had better skill options and uses for skills.
And I wish we were better able to specialize our class builds.
But, there's plenty of time for that.
Module 2 is on the sched for end of 2013.
