Raffle for Ancient Spymaster's Elegant Dagger -- Beholder Server

Not really sure which section to post it in, but I will try it in General. Atm, I have 77/100 tickets filled!

Hi folks, my name is Viewtiful@viewtifultom. I'm currently hosting a raffle for the Ancient Spymaster's Elegant Dagger for players on the Beholder Shard! In an effort to raise a Perfect Vorpal Enchantment for myself, I've decided hosting a raffle is much more fun and interactive with the community. Not only that, for some players, accessing CN is still a long way off for them and this is a great way to have a chance to obtain some ancient weapons. This is the first time I am attempting to host a raffle for an item and if this goes well, more will follow.
Thanks for Luscarion from Blades of Dawn, a 2nd place prize is available for the raffle, which is the Ancient Grand Knight's Longsword (The CN GF Weapon)
Here is proof that I own the prize:
The Rules:
1. There will be 100 tickets with each ticket costing one Shard of Vorpal Enchantment. You are allowed to buy multiple tickets.
2. The ticket holders will be kept track at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ajk3pYc7eLfrdEdzLVQ0X3ltWTNla3RhOS0tdk5hcGc&usp=sharing. Your character@handle will be added on stream, so you'll have the comfort of knowing that your in-game name was added in front of viewers. (Stream: http://www.twitch.tv/purplesubmarine)
3. Tickets can be bought by sending me a tell whenever I am online or via the in-game mailing system. If the mail does not go through, it means my mailbox is full. In that case, just leave your character@handle in a reply to the thread and I'll try to reach you when I log on.
The raffle will end when all 100 tickets are sold or on August 24, 2013. I will announce ahead of time what time the winner is chosen. (If you miss the drawing, don't worry. I'll have the video highlighted) The winner will be chosen at random by using the RNG located at http://www.random.org/ on my stream at: http://www.twitch.tv/purplesubmarine (Shamelessly promotes stream again where I host regular giveaways!)
If you are afraid of being scammed, never fear! I will attempt to have some of my viewers vouch for me! Thank you and good luck!
PS: Thanks for all the support my viewers have shown to my raffle, as well as Astralburn (His guild: <Enigmatic> Check it out) who has kindly donated a Lesser Soulforged Enchantment to be given away if I hit 50 entries by tonight. Also shoutouts to my guild <Darkness> who have also given me lots of support streaming

while i am not in the beholder server, I find this way of reaching your goal quite refreshing and a great way to initiate, without spamming the in-game chat.
A shining spot out of all the rage posts here. Good luck for you in reaching your goal.
. . . . . The only thing I would like to request is you change up the "name" part of your Rules to reflect; A nickname/alias instead, as we cannot allow any type of contests or things that collect private information on users. I don't feel this is what is happening but the "name" part is just too vague for me. Just changing the two instances of "name" to "name/alias" would do the trick or go by @handles instead! Thanks and good luck on the raffle none-the-less!
(This is not a post of validity or credibility and if PWE decides, we may have to disallow this type of contest. For now, I don't see any need to close this as the trading and raffling are being done in game with no real life money involved.)

He was stating a 10k item for a 1% chance to win a 300k item when you can buy as many tickets as you want. If all tickets were sold he would have 1m AD worth of vorpals just to hand out a 300k weapon.

Alright, I won't be bumping. I was not collecting names, but rather was using that word to mean character@handle which is exactly what is being listed in the google docs ^_^ Thanks for all the support you guys are showing to my raffle.
it might be a 300k item in your server but as far as beholder is concerned, that item has a range of buyout of approximately 1.5-2 million ad currently. vorpal shards cost around 20k+/- as well.
raffle: 20k ad to win 1.5 million ad. Chances of winning: 1% per shard.
key: 40k ad(10 key pack) to win 600-800k ad(nightmare mount). Chances of winning: =< 1% per key. (might be wrong)
With that said, this might even be a better investment (cost-benefit ratio) compared to enchanted keys taking the fact that with a cap of 100 shards or even less, you can increase your % of winning by purchasing more shards.
Besides, 20k for some cheap thrill and entertainment isn't very costly.

That being said, I've decided to add the Ancient Grand Knight's Longsword as a runner-up prize. This means you have a 1/50 chance per ticket to win an ancient weapon. I wish whoever is entering this contest good luck.
