This is the only way to really deal with botting. There will never be enough GM's to keep it under control, so the only real way is to make it not worth doing in the first place.

Went 17-1. And lost hard, because i had 3 bots on my team, and the enemy team had just 1.
I could tell they were bots very easily. Didnt use mount, ran mid after spawning every time, didnt respond to chat.
People who say botting doesnt exist or is very rare, are plain and simply, WRONG. Its in every match, or close to that.
