Anywhere? Planed to be implemented? We got respec but it does not include base ability scores reroll... weird. Got 24 str 22 dex TR.... wanna get 22 str 24 dex... reroll not an option... gear costs millions.
Carnage TR Dragon shard - retired? hell yea it's retired along with Nevewinter
They need more stat roll options or a stat choice option, I find it rather lame that I can't have a halfling that starts with 20 dex with all of the melee classes. There are just some really bazaar stat rolls for some of the classes.

I have mixed feelings on this subject. I have sympathy for players who feel their base scores aren't what they should be but, some things should be set in stone. Somethings should only have a re-roll as the solution. In the end I'm not in favor of allowing changes to Base Ability Scores.
I found the game explains your Primary and Secondary Stats well, and there is a way to re-direct your rolls as you level up. There is no game breaking aspect to the problem, and making choices is a large part of game-play.

Have to disagree with this. For one thing (imo of course), its not enough info to be basing permanent decisions on. Especially when we don't even know what stats will be good for the future paragon paths. Secondly they may have changed it, but last time I seriously made a character the stat descriptions were very vague. Nothing like the current in game descriptions.

Cryptic should fix their game so the stats they say a given class wants are in fact the stats that class is best off with. Re-assign a few of the effects of each stat for the classes that have things a little out of whack, and the problem has been solved.

Sorry, but ROFL at this.
The game's description for base attribute for some classes and 'primary' and 'secondary' designation is totally misleading.
For Clerics WIS is inferior to STR and probably CHR, while for TRs, STR is better than DEX for most builds and possibly CHR is better too.
There is no reason that initial attribute rolls should be excluded, unless you feel that any changes whatsoever should be excluded.
Paid option would be nice? Couple of thousand zen? YES PLEASE I'LL PAY, my gear costs tens of millions I can not afford to spend 50k zen on new char but I can afford to spend couple of thousand on ability reroll!

Agree.. the respec token seems incomplete without this feature.
