Lost Astral Diamonds

Hello my problem is that, today at 10pm I wanted to buy ZEN for 2,000,000 Astral Diamonds but unfortunately for some reason when you click the button, POST, I lost all diamonds have not received treatment ZEN :mad:. I was pleased that my problem had been solved. I did not know what section to write this post, if not for this I apologize.

    Not sure if this addresses your particular issue, but when you buy Zen on the exchange, they are available as a balance on your account. To spend the Zen, you need to get your character(s) to withdraw them.

    Yeah, did you actually put it at a price people wanted to sell at? Check your exchange tabs, it's likely your Bid is still out there, along with all your astral diamonds.

    Wow.
    Okay.
    You won't get your Zen until someone actually buys your AD. After that, the Zen must be claimed (I think) from the exchange.

    Don't teach me how to buy ZEN because a lot of times I did, I checked if I have them in LISTING but they're not there.
    Yet I know that they will not give me diamonds but at least let him fix this bug.
