Arcane Crystals dont drop anymore

Since launch arcane crystals arent dropping anymore, I used to find one or two when questing before the launch patch, and since then, found no arcane crystal.
The same happens to Eldritch Crystals, those I have never seen, as I just hit the level 20-30 zones where they are supposed to drop after the launch.
They certaintly exist in game still, as the auction house has some for sale, but those are surely from the profession booster packs. While I can get that dragon eggs only come from profession booster packs (which gimps even more the already lacking crafting system), I dont think the intended behavior for arcane and eldritch crystals is this, as they dropped in open beta, and are used for low-mid level items.

As you progress through the campaign, you will start finding Eldritch Crystals instead, and then Arcane Shards.
So if you are not in an appropriate-level zone, don't expect to find low-level blue materials.
