Well Informed Harper Quests.

Hi, I was wondering, does the harper quests keep coming? I did 3 quests from Harper (1, 2, 3) now he has more (4,5,6).
Are these unlimited?

    Aren't those Foundry quests?

    Those are Foundry quests. Using the WIH means that they have entry points in the zone you're in, but Foundry quests themselves are limited only by the number of people who make them (as they're player-made content). They're not part of completion for the zone, though.

    They also scale to your level, so if you don't want to do them you can always do them later!

    Most areas have a harper or barmaid, but if you're talking about the Tower District micro-quest, he's pretty much right beside the NPC that gave it to you. No trail because... there's nowhere to go!
