Hey went to play chapter 3 today and the quest vanished from my journal, and my sub list. Tried finiding it with the short code and can't find it. I'm take it that maybe you took it down to update the quest?

That is odd. I will need to see if they pulled the quests down with the latest patch.

*edit* All of my quests are no longer published. I am going to re-upload them. Problem is though I am in the middle of updating them, so I wont be able to upload all of them because the updates are not finished. Chapter 1 version 2.0 is nearly complete. Problem is my foundry save of the quest is in the process of the 2.0 upgrades which are not complete.

2.0 needs to be complete across all quests in order for it to be released or people will complain that visual aesthetics are not similar through out the quests. Unfortunately this means that Chapter 1 will be temporarily offline until i complete these upgrades due to this unfortunate pull down of my quests.

I will have to come back from my hiatus sooner than expected now to do this.

Thank you Cryptic. *facepalm* What happened to your statement in the patchnotes that "the players will not have to do this themselves" did that get cut out of the patch?

Sorry to hear. I'll keep an eye out for yours when you have 2.0 up. I have the same issue with mine as well.

I'll start off by saying it is scary how much we think alike as far as story ideas. I'm working on a quest currently that takes you into the high plane of dreams. Wont say much more then that b/c I don't want to spoil the quest for anyone who may play it but is reading this.

Your quests are back up. You may know that. Just mentioning it just in case it was Cryptic fixing their mistake.

Ok got chapter 3 done. Again loved the quest. I'll post below like before things I ran across that you may have already fixed, but hadn't published yet.

    • Upon entering Tiaga's house there is no door behind you.
    • Not sure but in chapter two Tiaga was wearing a helmet. Chapter one she wasn't, and now chapter 3 she isn't wearing it again. Not sure if you were wanting to sujest something by her wearing the helmet in chapter two or if it was a continuity error.
    • The bed in Tiaga's room is in a different location before you go to sleep, then where it is at after you wake up, and return from the grey waste.
    • Once in Limbo I ran past the first two blood stains. I just didn't see them because of the stone they were on they blended in. You may want to have something else on the ground or have something that catchings the players attention so he stops and looks around. I know you have them set as points on the map but I don't pay attention to the map very often so that is how I missed them.
    • The grey waste was a nice touch. Though something to spice it up a bit would be nice. It was pretty much a strait run kill mobs then a strait run back to portal with fights. I'm not sure there is much you can do that you haven't already done, but I'm just pointing out how that section felt.
    • When you return with Tiaga you enter the house and she comes running down the stairs to the basement and gets stuck on the stairs. Then you go up stairs she is laying on the bed. It's just a continuity error is all.

That's all I saw when going through this chapter. I'll post back when I play chapter 4

Hey back again. Chapter 4 I ran a few days ago. I've not rushed to post a report yet because well the dang foundry has been down and none of us can get fixes into our quests. Anyway on to things I ran into.

I should also mention I found another issue with Tiaga'a room in chapter 3. The painting on the wall in her room is pretty far away from the wall. Just floating in the air. Also I have an idea to fix the problem with Tiaga once you return from the grey waste. As I mentioned you have her appear in the house once you port back to her house from the portal room. She tends to get stuck down stairs, and it is just strange knowing she is stuck down stairs and finding her on the bed. A idea you may try is have Ariel waiting outside the door that leads to the house, or Tiaga speak to the player. Something that stalls the player and either have Ariel mention that Tagia is heading up stairs to her bedroom, or have Tagia tell you herself that she is going ahead of you to the bedroom. that way you can get rid of the buggy follow, and just have her in the room. It's just a idea. One you may have already had and rejected, but just mentioning it in case you haven't.

    Anyway back to Chapter 4

    • First issue I had was a prospective problem with a side quest. The bandits went smooth. Returning the kid went smooth. It was the point after that. The Alchemist points out a blue glow but the only blue glow I found finally was hidden behind a tree. I'm not sure if he wa sending me to the top of the mountain where you used the dwarf ruins or if you were guiding off to the pigs and the green skins.
    • The Greenskins are crazy hard. But that is really my problem. They don't seem to be part of the side quest so if I'm dumb enough to mess with them that is my fault.. just mention it =)
    • Only other issue I seem to run across was that I hit the goblin camp before doing the main quest because the side quest led me around that way.

That's it. This is be far the most polished of your quest, and it's by far the most fun. I loved the rest of the chapters as well but this one will be hard to top. The use of the FX energy beam was a great touch for the side quests and I will totally be stealing that idea haha =P I feel very herp derp for not thinking of it myself. =)

Well here's to hoping the foundry comes back up soon, but I think with this going live event will have their hands full, and we are likely to have days till it is back up.

Looking forward to the next space farm animal. Guessing that will be chapter 6 as they seem to be in every other chapter =P

Oh before I forget I ran this on my cleric lvl 29 when she started, and was lvl 31 when I finished. Give you a idea on how it plays at that lvl solo.

I tried to do Chapter I today, but when I try to talk with merchant in Protector's Enclave (Alara or smthng) only thing I get is empty window. No text, no options to choose, nothing. I've tried to press different key (including numbers) but without effect. I don't know whether it is a bug or I did screw smthng.

    Hello Everyone!

After a long long break, I am coming back for a bit to work on my story. I will be finishing up Chapter 5 here "soon" and then plan on working on Chapter 6 sometime in early 2014.

    Thank you!

    Welcome back.
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.
