Has anyone found any of the non "worn" version? what bonus do they give? since leadership has no quality tiers like the gear crafting professions.

I see people trading blue and green tools for other professions all day, i have never seen blue/green quality leadership tools. do they exist?

i have a green infantry armor, didn't get around to trying it yet but the description doesn't hint at any bonus.

The thing with + Quality gear is its nor guranteed, a dice is rolled, modified by the quality score, and if it rolls high enough you get a upgraded award.

Also the items dont drop, they can only be got from the profession packs on the Zen Store, or AH from other people who opened pack and are selling them.

Well i found a blue steel needle as a drop from a node during the profession event, so i don't know what to think at this point , i am just interested to see if the leadership tools give any bonuses, so i can trade my other blue stuff for them, if not i will just trade them for adventurers

There are Green swords/armor, but as far as I can tell, they have absolutely no advantage over the Worn ones. There's no "quality" to leadership results.

Quality tools can bump up the rewards from chests to the next tier up. But there isn't a handy UI function like with the tier results from the other professions to tell you what your chances are to get those upgraded results.

So pointless if you only ever run missions for the AD, unless you are trying to unlock the extra slot?

How do you know this? The chests have an inherent chance to give rewards the next tier up.

You can't get a tier 3 result on a leadership task (assuming there even are tiered results), because the tools max at Uncommon, for a +16% Quality, and you can never use more than two tools. You'd need at least a 101% quality bonus to have a chance at a tier three result to unlock the slot.

You can unlock the other "100% speed" slot with 2 Heroes, though.

I am still trying to find out What, if any Bonus comes from using the green Infantry Items.

I do not believe they bump the chests up to a higher level.

Has only been suggested on this forum and no where else on the whole Internet.

Neverwinter WIKI has absolutely nothing on it. You would think that the Developers did the Wiki themselves and give us the results instead of half the items there having no description or pictures even!!

Somebody recently posted that he gets more gold on tasks where he uses the green assets than tasks where he does not. He also said it hasn't made a noticeable difference in the chests.

From previous feedback I read, the green Leadership tools give you bonus XP only (standard XP, not Leadership)

The green tools give you extra gold and extra character xp. Sadly they do not increase AD rewards. I don't think it affects the chest/barrels in any way. The chests already have a chance to proc a higher chest. Chests/barrels are able to be stacked pretty high so it is hard to imagine the game would keep track of every chest you received when you used a green tool.

I just tried using basic infantry weapon/armor and the gold and exp was the same as with worn version.
