Unable to Authenticate

I am trying to login and I get "Unable to Authenticate" message. It says maintenance is not supposed to start for another couple of hours. Is the login server down?

    I've got that too. Man, the Bug monsters appear to be winning these days....

    Just got the same thing here. First time. Had to check and make sure I was calculating the supposed time til maintenance correctly.

    Yep, me too.

    I was just going to look in on a couple of characters to set up their crafting, but after I logged out I couldn't log back in, and when I exited the game now I can't even get past the launcher.

    Gateway says that it is down for maintenance, too.

    C'mon now... PWE & Cryptic can't even get the in-game spelling correct. Do you really think they know how to read a clock?

    Same here, and was trying to login to pray. Hopefully it will be back up soon...

    Are people still in game or did everyone get booted?

    Oh and once again it's all three games. I was playing Champions Online and saw this.

    I have not played NWO for more than 30 minutes, yet the games I DO play are being affected.

    Cryptic needs to change how they handle their games.
    If there had never been a COH there would never have been a CO. :cool:

    Now I'm getting a loading launcher message but getting sent right back to the login screen...

    Yeah, get an error message when it does that now that says the account service is down.

    Servers are up. I'm in. But I did hear they were taking out the ban hammer tonight to deal with the latest AH issue.
    You guys sure you still have accounts?

    Great, and when I say I didn't even do anything wrong, I'll look just like everyone else. I better not be banned for nothing, especially after spending 3k zen today.

    Yes, the account servers are down, not the game servers.

    I know that I haven't exploited anything. I have never even sold an enchantment or runestone in the AH, never mind stacks of them.

    I was in the game, doing fine, decided to log a different character in to check on professions/invoking and I couldn't get back in. Once I logged that first character out I was stuck at the log in screen, and once I exited the game I am now stuck at the launcher.

    Game's broken.

    This has nothing to do with bans.
