  Seriously, get rid of this, there are easier ways to put someone on the ignore list without silencing them for 24 hours. This is ridiculous and over clicked by children for the heck of it. The game is unplayable for those 24 hours pretty much if you don't have a guild running teamspeak / voicechat with you 24/7. I agree with the OP, get rid of the chat block and just keep an ignore list where you can see the players you have blocked/ignored also.
