Leadership - Gateway not giving rough AD!?

I'm not sure what to make of this, as it takes a few hours to properly test each scenario, but I am sure that using the Leadership profession from the Neverwinter Gateway (website) does not provide any -rough- astral diamonds.
Perhaps it provides regular ones? Or is there a disclaimer somewhere that you can only get the diamonds by collecting results in-game?
I am constantly shifting the amount of AD I have through other crafting sales and purchase of materials, so it's hard for me to see whether the diamonds are being added directly instead of as rough, or if they are not being added at all.
Does anyone know what the deal is? I should have 20k or more rough AD from leadership (on lvl 14, using mostly the "Protect a caravan" task, which is 200AD and 40 leadership xp, so i've done a very large number of them).

Didn't take hours to test.. Just checked ingame balance to be 0 rough diamonds, logged out, collected rewards on gateway, logged in - I had the correct amount of rough diamonds.
There was a bug on this subject, but it was fixed in one of the patches iirc.
Keep in mind the game has a feature that will automatically convert your rough diamonds to refined if you don't do it manually - happens about every 24 hours or so, so you'll never see huge amounts of rough in there.

You might want to see what leadership actually does and yes, gateway steals RADs.
This has been confirmed by a Dev, but ill have to dig for the quote.
I have submitted multiple tickets on this. Was even more entertaining when the double rough AD was still running.
I have three characters doing professions through the gateway. All are on different servers. There is no consistency when the AD will be missing or polished or rough. However it is most common that they are already polished and not counting towards your 24K AD daily total. That part I tested.
So before you login to the game record how many AD you got from tasks and look at your AD total on your character in the gateway. After you login into the game check your AD totals. Most often you will see that they are already polished.
