    Nice job! Though for some reason I was hoping for some old D&D book art thrown in there :p

    I do have one question. Will there be an in game manual associated with the journal section? It's really nice to see a lore section in an mmo. I would be very happy if you continued to support and expand it. An in game monster manual would be a great addition, if its not already in there.

    I agree and have also made a thread requesting this and a poll i think.. An ingame monster manual with some charcoal art or pencil art or psintings would be awesome..

    The journal text is pretty bad atm and the acheicement section is really awful to use.. Badly designed.. I would like to see the journal being bigger and fillinf more of the screen than it does along with a font thats easier to the eye slighter thicker sldo..

    I dunno what the solid blue highlight is for but ewwww get rid of it and put in a semi transparent colour for highlight that is more subtle and clashes less..

    Great game, great work your all doing! Cannot wait to test again.

    Great post! Thanks! Also I would add that it would be neat to have an in game monster manual or almanac with a space for notes for each creature, so we could make note of what worked when in battle, etc.

    Given the size and variety of critters in the D&D monster manual, it would be very nice to see you expand YOUR monster manual. I really get tired of fighting the same monsters over and over in different quest lines.
    Figure it out for yourself or obey without question.

    Yes please!! I hope that after the beta concludes there will be much more variety.

    Where are the otyughs, owlbears, displacer beasts and other creatures?

    Love the game!

    Although what is currently in the game is quite nice, we need to add a drastic amount more of variety to really spice things up and make it feel more D&D-esque. Don't pull the pages out of older MMO's, and re-use the same mobs, but slightly different color and spruced up name and ability. Diversity is the spice of a game! Not bland repainted shiny turds. :P

    Please consiser diversifying the mobs within specific groups (especially human ones), as it feels like I am quite often fighting identical twins or identical quadruplets.

    It's a shame this isn't being updated anymore. And as the people above have stated, an in-game Monster Manual (including some art) would be quite awesome to have. As well as a better UI for Journal and Achievements.

    I've been trying to find information on the Dark Fey and the Drow. It says I've killed some, and I don't know where they were. I'd like to kill some more, so I can get my slayer recognition.

    dark fey exist in sharandar. if you're level 60, you will have access to this area and will kill many of these foul creatures as you work through the campaign system.

    there are drow in a few zones... one zone is rothe valley. i think that's around level 56. the other zone is whispering caverns and that's a level 59-60 area... the last normal questing zone.

    The Drow are dark (evil) elves that live in the Underdark for the most part. Some do live on the surface, but most of them are outcasts from their society. They worship Lolth the Queen of Spiders aka the Queen of the Demonweb Pits. She is a Chaotic Evil goddess who thrives on chaos.

    The Fey come from the Feywild. Fey creatures are best known as Sprites, Pixies, Nymphs, and Dryads. Dark Fey are the evil creatures that live there, including Gnomes that have been turned evil, recognized by their Red Caps.

    What I'd like see is just a list of which enemies = which Slayer Achievement and where to find them ... Some are easy enough to figure out, Orcs and Ogres for instance are pretty obvious, but when you start to get to Aberrations, Lycanthopes and Dark Fey, it gets a little harder
    Is it finally a T5/U/T6 KDF Science Ship?

    While most monsters tend to be concentrated in one area, many are scattered through out the various zones. Dark Fey are mostly in Sharandar, Aberrations are mostly in the Chasm, but you will also find some in the Whispering Caverns, Lycanthropes are in Vellosk and Icespire Peak. Undead monster types however you will find In the Neverdeath Graveyard, Ebon Downs, Blackdagger Ruins, Helm's Hold, Pirates Skyhold, just to name a few places.

    Don't wanna to resurect all thread, but could you guys update links as website is now redirecting either to Arc Games website, or (if I choose "Go back to Perfect Entertainment") to Perfect's main site.

    Both of those options are not bestiary. If you have a redirect on such interesting article, shouldn't it at least direct us to Arc's copy of your content? It's not article as well, you made lots of quality and helpful content inaccessible to gamers. Wy would you throw it away?

    As others said months ago, please expand the IN-GAME monster manual. Given the vast array of official D&D monsters, the small sampling actually in-game here is disappointing. In addition, please make all non-boss monsters currently in the game available to Foundry authors. Reskinning an NPC costume for the monster we want over Encounter animations/speech for a monster we don't want does not equate to being able to use the monster we want. And a good number of monsters aren't in either NPC or Encounter.

    Classic D&D monsters still apparently missing from Neverwinter (and no, having it available as a companion does not count... I'm talking about as a monster to fight, or to use in Foundry):
    * Ankheg
    * Basilisk
    * Beetle, fire/giant
    * Blink Dog
    * Bulette
    * Carrion Crawler
    * Centaur
    * Centipede, giant
    * Chimera
    * Cockatrice
    * Couatl
    * Crayfish, giant
    * Displacer Beast
    * Fungi/Mold
    * Griffon
    * Harpy
    * Hydra
    * Lamia
    * Manticore
    * Naga
    * Ooze/Slime/Jelly/Pudding
    * Otyugh/Neo-Otyugh
    * Owlbear
    * Piercer
    * Purple Worm
    * Rat, giant
    * Rust Monster
    * Salamander
    * Slug, giant
    * Stirge
    * Treant
    * Umber Hulk
    * Wyvern
    * Xorn

    ... and that's just a small sampling. What's the common theme here? None of those are standard humanoids. There are far too many "minor variations of appearance over a basic humanoid frame" in the game, and not enough true monsters.

    These links do not take me to any monster's page that I can read. Instead I get prompted to go to the ARC games site. If I do go there via the blue button it takes me to the main page for that site, not a monster page. If I chose to not go there (using the white link on the bottom left of the popup) it still does not take me to a monster page but to the main page of perfectworld.com.

    Please consider fixing this or un-sticking it if you decide you don't want to fix it as it useless now.
