Hi cryptic.. i try get an answer again.. I asked you on facebook and i did submit a ticket, but still havent got any information in regards to when or if we ever get our mounts back? i got my nightmare mount in a nightmare lockbox 3-4 hours before you closed the servers and when the servers where back up my mount was gone because of the rollback. And YES i checked your FAQ from the rollback on the forum, but theres no real answer there.

1. Cryptic puts out faulty game with bugged code
2. OP may of infact just purchased zen to buy an enchanted key
3. OP uses key on box.
4. ???
5. PROFIT! OP cannot complain about cheats, if OP did in fact just do it the correct way. OP got caught in the crossfire and suffered collateral damage of losing his mount after rollback. OP should infact get a reimbustment, if caught in the cross fire because OP in fact had no way of knowing 4 hours later he was going to lose it.
The thing is, the rollback happened because the number of people who used the exploit during that time was probably substantial. Illegitimate AD were turned into Zen, and keys were purchased with those Zen, and then boxes were opened with those keys. This, no doubt, also yielded Inferno Nightmares. I'm not saying that you did this, just pointing out one of the difficulties.
(Actually, as Steppenkat posted, Cryptic already said they will help people who got a legitimate Nightmare. That is quite awesome of them!)

Guys, please read the AH Exploit FAQ. Cryptic already announced that they will study each case where people got legit Nightmare mounts and they will give it back. Just be patient and send an email to them. It probably won't happen today but in the next weeks you'll probably be able to reclaim it.
So basically yes, you got your answer already. Just be patient. :P

Ok, so with that logic I buy something at a store and a discruntled employee underpriced the item. It's ok for them to come to my house and take it back without reimbursing me? This would be the equivilant of what Cryptic did.
I had completely missed that (was it added later?). This is good news, and it means they do go that extra mile in spite of it probably being a lot of additional work (sifting through those logs). Shows that they care.

From your tone in that post it sounds like your one of those cheaters who got punished. It`s not my problem that cryptic uses the same AH system as in STO. So i shouldnt suffer punishment from something i didnt do.. So mr.smartguy pls post your whining somewhere else.. I just want a propper answer on that matter, and i havent got one.. It is easy for cryptic to say they are going to fix it, but i have seen 0 progres in that regard

Honestly they're not obligated to do anything for you, and you're incredibly lucky they're bothering to scour through the logs of all that time they've deleted. Had I received some other form of rare drop that wasn't being restored I'd be livid at this special treatment people like yourself are getting.
So, be patient. They've already said they're going to help you out.
