Well I meant more in the lines of, banks are finding it more troublesome to deal with PWE than it's worth and decide to block all charges from PWE to that bank due to the high volume of chargebacks and complains that were no-contested.
Apparently someone can't grasp the idea that PWE can be blacklisted.

Also why would I state I made $1000 when I live in England and we use pounds, now I'm worried someone is using my name or has been on my account if what you two guys are saying is correct.
Any admins which are currently online who could maybe look over my ticket for me and give me a response.
If you were in ETUP's stream on Sunday, you would have seen it too. it was when the AH was down and he was playing Diablo 2. Lots of people were saying they done this.

I was there when he sold a enchant for like 90 million , a lot of people where spouting random stuff in he's chat wasn't reading much.
What did you e-mail them I've done that and no response.
Politely pointed out my issues with the game (design, support, yadda). Explained that I felt the game, in its current state, shouldn't be something they should be accepting money for. Felt the advertised value of the Founders pack was not realistic. Stated that since there was no way to get in touch with support and after multiple attempts (over the course of over a week) at receiving a refund I felt that if they didn't respond in a timely manner I would be forced to contact my bank.

why do people think they are entitled to refunds after buying things?
Because the product provided wasn't what was advertised. Because the service wasn't what they expected it to be. Because they don't believe in rewarding a company that they feel doesn't care about their customers.
The community managers have as much to with refunds as I do. Go ahead and ask me though....You won't like the answer.....
They're still part of the team, like if I needed to reach a striker in football it would be better for me to ask the goalie to get him rather than a fan wouldn't it?

Requests for the FPS huge problem is ignored.
Class fixes ignored.
Extreme lag ignored.
PVP afk problem still ignored.
