Feast of the Moon and Reign of Misrule are the two major festivals that are observed throughout Turmish.

The first one is Feast of the Moon or "Festival of Lovers." During Highsummer, one night after Midsummer, the men and women of Turmish gather for a night of drinking, dancing, and debauched revelry. While many who participate in the feast are married, this is the time of year that many choose to consummate new marriages.

The second is The Reign of Misrule. Ten days after Higharvestide, the Reign of Misrule begins. This festival allows Turmish natives to break the oaths of their guild or faith so long as they don't cause death or destruction. The Reign of Misrule normally lasts only a day and it is forbidden to discuss anyones actions during that time.

    The Feast of the Moon
or Moonfest[1], is an annual festival in the Calendar of Harptos, occurring between the final night of Uktar and the first day of Nightal. It is a time to celebrate and honour the dead, with people gathering to tell stories and legends.[2] Graves are blessed, and the Ritual of Remembrance is performed.

    And

    The Reign of Misrule
Ten days after Higharvestide, the Reign of Misrule begins. This festival allows Turmish natives to break the oaths of their guild or faith so long as they don't cause death or destruction.

Feast of the Moon (Festival of Lovers)
A festival where lovers marry and renew vows.

    Reign of Misrule
You can do anything you like except for the killing and destruction. Thant and *no one* talks about what happened during the Reign.
