I submitted a ticket 5 days ago, still no response. To think I have already spent $375 on this game, including the founders pack and guardian pack. What a sham.

I know i'ts not an excuse, but considering the current issues right now, i'm guessing they have thousands of support tickets to wade through. I have no idea how large their support team is, but it could take a LONG time for them to get caught up.

However, I do agree, that they do really need to step up the support in general.

They don't prioritize tickets based on how much money you've spent.

Rationally speaking, I don't think they should, either.

What issue are you referring to clansman2013? I'm curious, maybe I'm being too hard on them... I do love the game, I'm not going anywhere... just want my MENZOBERRANZAN RENEGADE! :)

Don't spend another dime. Power to the people. If we don't put up with HAMSTER like this then companies will be forced to release better products and have better customer support.

You got me beat... I learned real quick what this game was turning into and had only blown $250 at that point.

Don't you just miss the days before broadband when games had to be released rock solid? And somehow cost a lot less than they do today? And are digitally delivered today further reducing their costs?

Yes its mind boggling.

Ironically, given their apparent level of greed, I'm really surprised they don't. But then again, having no support at all costs them even less. Go figure.

The fact that they are also getting stupid questions, more account issues, gamequestions and a total of 1.7 million tickets send frkm within the game.. They all need to handle atm

Just take a look through these forums, they are full of issues regarding exploits and bugs. If everyone that experiences one of these bugs/exploits submits a ticket, then those add up really fast. On top of that, I'm sure they get a ton of tickets as well that are just stupid BS, however, even if they don't respond to these, they still have to go through them.

I wasn't saying I expect superior support, I was trying to point out my unwillingness to walk away based on how much I have already spent.

Really... Based on these forums, this is one of the most problematic release, err "soft" release in MMO history. Even Aion, SWTOR, Fallen Earth, Aion and Tera weren't this bad at release... and where are those games now?

Problems happen - wait it out bra. Don't dangle your "support" as leverage to get immediate support over somebody else whom has been waiting longer.

The reality is that there is probably far more tickets than there are actual problems, so wading through them becomes a chore of cleaning up, rather than fixing things. Quality of support drops when the community pollutes & poisons with cry baby antics.

You did not pay for a product or support - you paid for virtual goods and you received that. Do not act like that immediately places you on a pedestal that they must immediately answer.

Also, the Ticket says 24-48 hours - how long has it been for you? Most of my tickets were resolved within the same day.

Exactly. Some kids just don't understand that some people actually work to earn the money they use to procure video games.

Lets see.. The us version of aion is doing amazing, tera us and eu are blooming atm, swtor is sad... But still an awesome storyline.. And their population has grown lately, fallen earth.. Well.. Everyone saw that coming.

First I am not dangling how much I've spent for service. Second I spent 270 on product in the form of founders and guardian packs. Third its been 5 days, no one has responded or looked at the ticket. I do appreciate it when people read and understand my posts though :)

I gotta call BS on that.. I just spent 1 week trying to go back to Tera.. its still bad. horrible. terribad. And my brother tried going back to Aion no long ago either. You obviously didn't play these games first hand recently and are merely speculating... and I have friends at Bioware so I know w/o a doubt how bad they are doing.. those that still have jobs that is.

I have those experiences first-hand tbh. I dont spend my days playińg Hello Kitty Online so i actually get somewhere. Sure they havent lived up to their hype but no mmo ever has.. They are far from dead though.
Especially Tera atm is going great with their latest transfer to f2p.
If you think the game is bad... Sure, but it still has quite a big and active community.
Sure you may think im a kid just because you might be older even though im 20+ anyway.. Sure you might say im still at junior school even though ive done multiple courses from Indie gamedesign up to communication and media design... But relating kids to being immature is just weak. 75% of immature people on the internet are 30-45 who dont have any talent or profession and they think the only way to counter any other opinion but theirs is to try and invalidate that by tieing some prejudice to the maker of the opinion. Ive seen waaay more mature kids then older people acting mature
The posts you made lately had no content and didnt help anyone even 1 meter further and i just pointed that out before anyone starts taking it serious.

There.. And that is my opinion.

Btw OP.. Terribly sorry for ruining your thread.
Hopefully Cryptic goes through the tickets and reports fast and will get your desired answer soon. Good luck

I am beating you. 7 day old ticket with nothing done about it. Realy wish that people that spent money on the game get some sort of CSR priority, like in all other F2P MMOG's.

The problem PW is having is that their support queues are totally jammed with garbage and lightweight issues. This is not an excuse, they could have added temporary staffing to handle the surge. Maybe they even did, but it clearly wasn't enough.

I'm expecting another spike in tickets next week when the STO expansion goes live, so I don't expect wait times to go down any time soon.

Meh, big deal. ArenaNet answered my support ticket on the second day of release.

PWE is all about gouging the customer for as much as possible. ArenaNet on the other hand, actually gives a **** about their players.

That is your opinion and I disagree with your statement as one of my friends had to wait for 3 weeks to get his ticket resolved in GW2.
