This is like the 5th time this happens: I log in the game, I check my mail, I see that I have AD to be picked up from Auction House correspondence and when I go to the freaking mailman the messages that previously had AD attached to them lost their attachments.
I lost a lot of AD this way.

1) Report the issue.
2) Change passwords.
3) Set up account guard.
It's either a bug, or someone's secretly leeching money from your account. Assume it's both.
This is an open beta. Start treating it like one.
As for other game mail , go into those games and delete them too .
Got to realize the mails from the auction house were added after open beta started , because people couldn't figure out they were getting diamonds without a mail telling them so . This was a fix we didn't need and will take time to get it right .

The bug isn't taking your items or AD what happens is when you click on mail, it duplicates itself. when you delete the original the copy goes away as well, you will notice this if you start at the bottom and work up, the last few messages you delete you will notice 2 mails disappear for each delete.
Your items you are getting... just pay close attention and you will see what i mean.
Maybe some of you did not understand the first time around: after viewing the mail received the AD attachments disappear, so unless I view and collect AD at the same time I never have the chance to ever come back and collect the AD as it is gone from the mail attachments, sometimes as early as 10-20 seconds after seeing it there.
I usually log out at the top of the stairs in the Shrine of the Gods, this way I can get my first daily blessing as soon as I log in. After I get the blessing I press on the envelope in the game toolbar. That opens my mail and I see that I was overbid in x-number of auctions and I sold y-number of items. All those messages have AD attachments the first time I see them. Now I close the mail screen, jump on my horse, go to the Postal Courier and open again the mail so I can collect the AD waiting for me. Here comes the problem, all the AD attachments I've seen 10-20 sec earlier are gone. A relog into the game does not produce any change, the AD attachments are still gone. Ultimately the only option I have is to delete the mail messages.
I am not sure but so far I think the only way to avoid this from happening is to never access the mail screen from the toolbar but only by approaching the Postal Courier.
I have lost lots of AD but players I know lost uncountable millions due to bugs. Trying to communicate with the game developers is futile: you never get a message back.
Given the obscenely high amount of money this game makes on daily basis a better costumer service and a smaller number of bugs was expected.
Only open the mail at the courier and immediately get the diamonds.
However viewing of the mails via gateway works i guess. I am not 100% sure, though . It is risky to lose your AD anyways.
So i would suggest to only do it as i said above.
To be honest this is the worst Bug i have ever seen in my whole gaming career. It is more or less a bug that makes you REAL LIFE money vanish. Its ok to lose loot that was gathered through gaming, but is not ok to loose AD by transfering ZEN which were bought through CASH. AD = CASH. Its like a chip in the casino, try that to make vanish!
