Is not being able to see your title/guild name over your own character intentional?

  I don't know, but I pretty much know my name, guild and title, so I don't need to see it.

  Reading comprehension is essential in a medium that requires reading for communication.

  I'd bug it if you feel like it is a bug or should be changed.

  While they're at it; moving the name display up off your eyebrows would be nice. In screenshots, I'd like to see my name displayed properly above my head... not stamped across my forehead. :rolleyes:

  I think you have to go into options and turn that on. Iirc, seeing your own name/title is turned off by default.

  Yeah, Options>interface>hud, scroll down to "yourself" option and turn them both on.

  . . . . . . We don't know. They never addressed this since it changed. We used to be able to see our title and guild names above our own heads if we chose the option to see our names. The display of our own title and guild name disappeared without word in a patch just prior to Open Beta. I would suggest bug reporting it as I and others have. Right now, the only way to see it yourself is to look at your character screen. (Or looking on someone else's monitor who is looking at you, or by multi-boxing / dual logging and looking at yourself from another account).

  . . . . . This will only display your name and the other option only displays your over-head health bar. As mentioned, the displaying of user titles and guild names to yourself for your own characters is just gone.
