Please do all of us a favor, and don't post trashy and effortless foundry quests, you know who you are. There are many hidden gems and beautiful quests buried literally with tons of weak worthless quests that everyone and their dog posted. I don't know how cryptic is going to improve on spotlighting these. So far the peer-review process has not been working, and many good quests do not appear at all in the list.
There is a thread in foundry section of people advertising their quests, but please, by your own conscience, if you know yours is not good, do not advertise and waste our time. Some of us want to enjoy a great adventure. I hope you consider this. I know it's like asking a mother if their child is ugly, but sometimes you just know if it's ugly and don't even try.
I think this op is clearly someone who feels his dungeon should be more popular than it is. Perhaps the op should stop making quests.
Ehehehee. I insulted somebody on the internet. I feel so proud of myself. I am such an intelligent, witty person. Everyone is going to see my post and like me for my undeniable and peerless wit.

Are you really stupid enough to think that posting about this will do anything at all except start a flamewar?
1. Only a very small minority of players actively reads the forums, and only a small portion of those players will stumble upon this thread.
2. Assuming we can define 'trashy' quests, the people posting those are not going to realise that. If they did, they wouldn't have posted them in the first place, derp. Related: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunning–Kruger_effect.
I assume he means foundry quests that have no meat to them. i.e. "Go into room. Fight bunch of ogres. Done."

Trying to bring this back on to some kind of discussion about the topic...
I don't believe people should not publish there quests, it should be down to Cryptic to sort the filtering out so we can play cheap crappy quests or something more "meaty" whenever we want to, for every person that thinks the maps are trash theres another who loves them (not me btw but I know they exist). You may as well ask people to not publish the talking lore heavy quests because I like combat heavy challenging quests with skippable story if i choose not to read it.
Foundry quest NW-DKCR8S6GH

If you dont like it dont play it or review it simple as that mate
How I wish people didn't keep giving quests like that 4 or 5 stars. Nothing can be done about that though.

My favorite foundry quest so far is "the saga of old Jerry" not because it is the meatiest quest but because it's hilarious. I would be upset if that quest didn't exist. So hopefully the people who take the foundry less seriously than you don't take your advice.

One of my favourites too. The first one is a decent combat oriented dungeon with some hilarious dialogue, but IMO the second is so much better. Better combat pacing and more interactive and some killer lines.

I think we have a winner on who keeps reporting a quest full of mostly naked women slaves. It was suggested by me that someone might be taking exception to that and reporting the quest. Apparently I was right and the quest maker could have saved their quest by adding a bit of clothing and the like. Oh well.

We're not going to have these kinds of threads that tell others how to play their game.

Sounds about right.
