Launcher stuck in "Patching"

Just curious if anyone else is having this issue or knows a solution. I was just logged in playing, and after the game crashed my launcher is now stuck on "Patching" even though I have all patches currently installed. Any tips on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I run the program as an administrator

Disabled on-demand patching with no change

    I dont understand what is happening but its happen to me too,
    its looklike Tunnel Delay, just wait and you will play,


    .but if anyone knows how to take out this delay i also want to help, the main town is an chaos its reaching 5kping.
    i got 15mbs internet and 150ping in anothers Us/Eu games

    . . . . . . This is probably due to the crash and the client not ending its process correctly after crashing. If this is the case, the following will resolve the issue;

    Fix: Right-click your taskbar and open Task Manager. Ensure that Launcher.exe and Neverwinter.exe are not running, kill those processes if they are and then reload the launcher. You might also just try rebooting your machine. Also, if you have teamviewer running, you may need to shut it down as it is known to cause issues with Neverwinter.

    I have the same problem, I finished patching the first time I downloaded and installed, then when I first ran the game, it crashed and now when I open the launcher, it gets stuck on "patching". I've ended all processes related to NW and starting the launcher as admin, but still no luck :(

    just a heads up this is also happening on STO so it snot us, its definately them so dont let them try and flog off the blame onto you guys like PWE deamnds they do
